The property itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and a great place to call home. You can really tell the team takes pride in the community. They do events 3-4 times a month and have Pizza and Beer this Friday.

“We love our apartment. It was clean when we moved in and I love the beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The customer service is wonderful. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner. If you have a problem with bugs (we haven’t) they come and spray. They have plenty of amenities and even valet trash pickup. The patios are an acceptable size and there’s a storage closet off the patio which is great to have. If you’re looking for an apartment be sure to look at The Highlands at Spectrum.”
“Very nice community. Although I was unable to have my needs met( looking for 3 bed) the property itself was never unique. Very clean. The property management did an amazing job hiring the lady in the office she provides us with water snacks and great conversation during the tour. I will be passing this information along to some coworkers that are looking yo relocate”

“We toured Avana Gilbert yesterday, and it was actually our second time touring with Jonathan, the first time being two years ago. It genuinely made us feel good to see that he was still there, and both experiences were just as positive. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the floor plans clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and because of how great our experiences have been, we plan on moving here when our current lease is up. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was and would definitely recommend touring Avana Gilbert.”
