“Just moved in a week ago, after looking at several places in the area I decided on Cadia. The apt complex I moved from to here is night and day and this is what a luxury apt / townhome community should be. The staff and maintenance crew are on it asap if something needs fixed. Love this place and so glad I choose to move here! Highly recommend! Now 10 min from work also! Ps: special shout out to the maintenance staff they are always super helpful and on it if something needs done! This community is hands down the best!”

“I had a great experience working with Justin B at Town Commons! He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and a great place to call home. You can really tell the team takes pride in the community. They do events 3-4 times a month and have Pizza and Beer this Friday. Highly recommend Town Commons and working with Justin if you’re looking for a new place!”

We have had issues here and there, but management and the maintenance staff has always been on top of it. They are very responsive, friendly, and professional. I thought that not having assigned parking would be a problem, but it works out perfectly never had an issue.They work hard to keep the community clean, safe, and connected. “Posting about maintenance! My husband and I just moved in and had several things that needed to be fixed, ranging from urgent to minute. Even though it was the end of their work day, maintenance finished up the job they were working on and came over immediately! They fixed everything on our list and recognized that our bathroom sink (which was the urgent matter and was leaking because it was in bad shape) needed to be replaced. They could have done a bandaid fix, but recognized the extensive damage and decided to completely replace the sink. This reflects their ethical decision making when it comes to maintenance AND reflects their genuine care to take care of the tenants. Great experience, very thankful!”
