“Bryce makes buying a home easy. This is our second home we purchased using Bryce. The Flagstaff area has two companies that get most of the business in town, but Bryce has consistently beat out the rates of these local businesses as well as blown them out of the water with his customer service. We were in a situation where we had a weird layover between homes and Bryce was able to work with the right mortgage company and had us prepped and ready to close in 14 days if we wanted to. Since the acquisition by UMB, I have noticed service drop off. I am actually mainly writing this review in an attempt to get someone to call me back. I have called multiple numbers, left VM's, send emails and have yet to hear back from them about a commercial loan that I had with AZ B&T that I can no longer track down. No one answered the two numbers that I called and the only option was to leave a VM versus putting me on hold. Very interesting business practice for a bank.”
