Which was a blessing to help a stranger out like that. I will always be using this as my main pawn shop from here on out. Their inventory is selective and rare. It wasn't in the budget to pay this debt.God sent me to this Pawn Shop and I met Michael for the first time.He went out of his way to call the pawn shop and had them delay returning my item to stock. He also made it possible for me to bring the item to his store. His efforts bought me more time for my pawn. Michael went out of his way to help me and I can't stress how greatful I am to him. “These are my peeps!!! SHOUT OUT TO Vince, Lili (Manager), Nat, Landon and Rob who I'll miss dearly. We all had tears in our eyes when we received the news of this location closing. I used to go hang out here on breaks when I worked near, as I've always had 1-2 friends who seem to work in one or more of these locations. I recommend that you guys stop by one of their locations as this one, is closing down sadly, and the company is splitting apart the Family(peers). Which is really sad . I really enjoy going here and giving them my pointers on how to handle a rude customer and showing them steps on how to handle crime. They all loved my reenactment performance Please never show that tape guys!!! Don't Judge... Don't be too good to go in and look around... you'd be surprised honestly!!! They sell everything from drills, jewelry, Computers, video games/ consoles, televisions and tons of firearms, just to name a few. I love looking at things here, as you never know when you might find a great deal. I purchased a brand new item that the boss dude talked me into. peer pressure If you need a few bucks this is also the place to go as they will give top dollar on items you sell/pawn with them ... (yes, they asked me to say this even though I am a window shopper) I'm convinced that rich humans take their items here. In any case, the Holidays are coming so stop here first, to shop, since alot of the items are brand new. This location is closing on 10/22 sadly! I will miss this staff honestly. It's been fun guys. I'll miss yalls request for me to come in there whenever there's a new item that you think I'd like.”

“Usually, I'd have nothing but good things to say about this place. I bought a nice laptop from here a few days ago. Turns out it has issues I'd never had known about until getting it home. Both Pawn1st and Super pawn push warranties on purchases as a way to give the customer the ability to return an item if needed, just one more cash grab. I only had enough cash for the laptop, so that's all I bought. Typically, if you didn't, they only offer to purchase the item back at 50% purchase value. Today, that's what they did.
Here's the rub: they always have the option to not charge tax on an item at the point of sale; this time, they chose not to, and got attitude about it. Lost a sale over less than 5.00
The irony, the same company but different store, much nicer employees, picked up the same quality/type of laptop for almost 20 bucks more.
Suffice it to say, I won't be going back to that location, I would suggest you don't either. I would strongly recommend Pawn1st on Southern and Mill.”
