“Dana was so kind! After trying a few other shops, we got an AMAZING offer on an old ring we took in! The store was packed with beautiful pieces and smelled so luxurious. Definitely THE place to go! Thank you Dana!!”
“The owner gave me a very fair price for my wedding ring set and was honest and kind. He and his associate were professional and polite and offered me a water while I waited. Definitely a nice place to sell your no longer needed valuables.”
“David and Ruben made a beautiful engagement ring for my fiance. The price was almost as great as the ring. They took their time and we're very detail oriented. They are my Jewelers from now on”
“Citabria (most likely mispelled,) Jackie and Vivian are the best! Walking into a pawn shop to get money is never easy but they never make you feel bad or like a loser. All of them are kind, helpful & friendly. I will always go there & when I heard the new manger Mark was gone I couldn't be happier! He was not friendly & always had a snarky comment to make you feel bad. Keep up the good work ladies!”
“I’ve dealt with Luna and George several times and they’re awesome. They always help me out, super friendly, and always hook it up.
Highly recommend these guys!”
“As far as Loan/pawn Shops go, this is by far the best one around, competitive prices, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, they will help you get as close to your $ goal as they can with getting a loan/pawn of your valuables, if you need a couple days extra to come get your items if the due date is before payday just give them a call and they will try to work with you. I’ve been using them for 20 years and even pass 4 other pawn shops just to goto North Scottsdale Loan and Gold. Also their selection of cool gold jewelry & coins, guns, electronics and other cool stuff is expansive.
I would go there first if I were you and I bet you will love the services provided too.”
“I came in to sell some ammo and other business. I was assisted by Mo and Colby. Their prices were fair and I was treated with respect and honesty unlike some other pawn shops. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will continue to do business with them.”
“I had an excellent experience at Goldstar Pawn. I picked up a camera lens that was in perfect condition and priced fairly, and the staff was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process quick and easy. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, the price, and the people. They truly take care of their customers and stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend them for great gear and great customer service”
“This is the place to go to find new treasures and sell old ones! They move inventory fairly quickly, so there is always something new to buy. Excellent selection of jewelry and purses. They also give a fair price when purchasing your pawn items. Melissa is great to deal with and very cheerful. I highly recommend AZ Jewelry and Loan!”
“If you've been considering stopping by, stop considering and just do it. There is no better place in the valley to process your high-end items for sale or loan. It's very nice inside, and I felt safe as its controlled entrance and exiting. The staff are amazing. They are kind, patient, and most importantly, FAIR and HONEST. I wish I'd known about the Biltmore Loan and Jewlery Scottsdale location years ago. I will be a lifetime customer as they have amazing pieces for purchase and out of this world seasonal discounts! Go by, say hi and tell em Tammy sent ya ?”
“This is the BEST pawn shop in Scottsdale, the staff is very nice and helpful and very kind hearted people. Also this pawn shop gets good merchandise. My top pick to shop for sure!”

“Louie was exceptional, I had some old scrap jewelry I’ve been sitting on for some years and he gave me a fair offer. He was welcoming, patient and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. I’m appreciative of the help to move forward on to my next chapter!”
