Don't trust anything here. They offer things they cannot deliver. Said I had 30 days from the purchase date of my new phone to get a Galaxy watch free, and only pay the cellular monthly fees. NOT TRUE, according to Verizon Customer Service, that was not true. They lied to me. Lost trust in this store and Verizon. No better than the rest of the providers out there. Stay away.

Thank you to Kaleb for helping me out. I had gotten a new iPhone for Christmas and was having issues with it. I was able to go in and be assisted by Kaleb. Super friendly and professional! Definitely be back if I need assistance.

The manager here is so unbelievably condescending. Firstly he kept saying how bad the phones under $500 are and how he would NEVER buy one because of how cheap they are... so he pretty much tried to talk us out of buying the phone we want because he thinks he is too good for it and he has no idea how we could ever want it! He then continued to say how wrong we are and how right he is. It's really wild how he even landed a job in customer service. To make our experience worse, the store did not activate our new phone and when we drove all the way back because it wasn't working he insisted that it was because we put in the wrong code, when we know for a fact we did not... 10 minutes later he found out that the phone was never activated by the person who sold us the damn thing! (Janine). So it turns out he can be wrong... makes me so mad that people like this can get into customer service field. GO TO ANY OTHER VERIZON BUT HERE...

I came into the store to resolve a billing and trade in issue that had been going on for over 2 months. Ashton and Jared helped me. They were able to resolve an issue that over 7 phone calls to the 1-800 number over the course of 2 months couldn't figure out. They're awesome. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for upgrades and phone issues.

Worst customer experience I’ve experienced. They put fake purchases under my account, and when I contacted them they denied it. I called Verizon and same story no one can tell us who made the order, and how the order was done . Version is not the company it use to and you can tell by there customer service.

One star because I cant put negative stars.I'll start by stating this has nothing to do with service from this location or it's employees. It has to do with my Over all customer experience with Verizon as of late. I first ran into issues attempting to place an order for pickup at another location. Half way through the process the web page. times out and i end up having to restart the order only to find out the device i was ordering was no longer available for pick up at that location. I call the sales line and they found the device at the next closest store and processed the order. Great you would think but Nooooo!!!I receive a text stating that the order is ready for pick up VIA their Express Locker 24/7. Again you would think Great I can pick it up at anytime well think again. I provided all the information to my son for whom the device was ordered and when he gets there the Express Lockers do not appear to be functioning properly. He approached the locker on the screen was prompted to input the phone # for the order but there is no number pad on screen to use to enter the information. We tried to scan the bar code at the bottom of the receipt that i located in my email and that didn't work. I have spent the last hour attempting to find a phone # so i can speak to someone in the store only to come to the conclusion that one simply does not exist. Imagine that!!!I look online and find an autherised retailer and am able to call them directly with no issue... What the hell is wrong with Corp. and who the hell is reaping all the profit from the increased rates we're paying them. SERIOUSLY F.....d UP!!! If anyone from Verizon at a VP or hirer level wishes to call me please by all means you have my #. My name is William Gonder look it up and feel free to call me directly...

Extremely rude customer service. Was just in there (3/17/23) to get an upgrade for my mothers phone. Was greeted by a tall lady with a brown ponytail who finally greeted me and took my info about 3 minutes after being in the store. Then I was told to wait as she went back to deal with someone (which didn't sound business related ...). Standing there I noticed another sales rep was opening and sorting boxes. Paid us no mind but inventory restock is important so I'll excuse that. Then when my Mother asked the young AA male was he going to sort cords and he said yes. Then told her someone would be out to help. Really? Tangling cords instead of being helping a customer? Wow. No mind. Went up the street got money off my bill and $800 off my phone. Won't ever come back and will steer those I can away to where I went. Check for that review

I went there today to get a new SIM card.The staff was very helpful and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised that I got my request completed in 10 minutes.

We have always used this store for the good service. However, on this day that was not our experience. Our salesman, Dillon was rude and condescending. We had done our research and knew they had the phone we were looking for, yet he said they didn’t. He did eventually find it after slamming many drawers. When he needed us to open our existing phone as he was transferring the info he would slide it across the counter at us and point. No words, no please or thank you, no smile. Very disappointing. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years.

Horrible experience in store. The Verizon representative failed to greet me, I asked about business plan options. The employee first sent a text and then called a colleague and then proceeded to ask me if I needed pre paid services. Underwhelming experience. Did not listen to what my needs were and as result my business won’t be given to this location. Underwhelmed. Another customer walked out of the store shaking her head in disgust. Wow.

Was advised would be assisted soon as we arrived. 50 mintues later was advised should be any minute, could also just go to the another location. Already know what I wanted to purchase. If short staffed should just be honest with the timeframes so the customer can decide to go elsewhere. Poor customer service. I would give no stars if I could for wasting our time. Made a $1,600.00 purchase yesterday. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. If you should choose to come to this location expect to wait longer than what was communicated to you.

Went in to order the new iPhone 14 Pro Max, and just had a couple questions for them. Basically, I still owe $200 on my current phone(12 Pro Max) and had a question about trade in/payoff. When I upgraded from the 11 PM, I still owed like $100 on it, so I just did the trade in and they removed the $100 from the trade in value. So I asked him if that was still possible(trade in credit on my phone is $800, but since I owe $200 still, I would get $600 trade in). He said no, that in order to trade in the device for credit towards the new one that'd I'd have to pay the device off first. Which is completely fine. So I said "gotcha, that's fine." Then he said "Alright, thanks for coming in! Have a good day." But I was literally there to order the new iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB... I guess their commission model isn't enough anymore to go through the "hassle" of ordering a new phone for someone? I guess I'll just do it online, but figured since I was there, I'll just order it. But the entire time the guy was super dismissive, had an AirPod in, and didn't really care. This is coming from a previous Verizon and Best Buy employee. I literally still have the employee discount on my Verizon Account. Yesterday(Friday 10/7/22) was the first day I could actually order the phone. Verizon employees aren't allowed to order new iPhones for the first couple weeks so that customers get served first. So since my account still has a Verizon employee discount, I have been unable to preorder until yesterday. Anyway. Hire better people. Drove to this location because I knew it was a corporate location(they are generally more knowledgeable and have more "power"). But damn. I've been waiting until I'm eligible to order the new iPhone, was thinking I'd finally get that done this morning. But nope, guess I'll just do it online? Maybe Verizon employees no longer sell/order phones in stores? What do y'all get paid to do? When I worked their, the commission was pretty solid, especially on a $1,400+ device.
