Experience with their reps was terrible. They lied about what my new bill would be, kept trying to bait and switch. It was such a terrible experience that Icancelled my Verizon service after 20+ years and moved to T Mobile.
Began having trouble opening a bunch of apps. Stopped at Verizon, greeted by their outdoor liaison and explained problem. He knew the issue immediately and walked me through simply updating Google to fix the problem. Could not have been easier!
