“I highly recommend this property. The office staff (Sonia and Jose) are very helpful and always very welcoming. The grounds are always kept very clean and units are luxurious and feels like home. One of the best properties in the Phoenix area based on many factors!”
“So far so good! My husband and I have applied at sagestone, walked the property, toured, applied, and have moved forward with lease signing. Everyone including Bianca, Shaydee and all others I have communicated with via phone and email have made the application process smooth, friendly, and clear. There are no unexpected fees, and even though we are not moved in yet we feel right at home!”

“I moved in two weeks ago and I can already tell that it’s going to be OK. You never know when you move into an apartment complex no matter how nicely it shows on the tour.
The maintenance people have been amazing and Matt in the front office is always so helpful. I can say that my apartment is beautiful and I have a beautiful big deck. I have no complaints so far and happy that I moved here.”
“Sagewood Apartments is known for its beautiful landscaping and spacious floor plans. They offer amenities like a swimming pool, and a clubhouse for residents to enjoy. The community is also pet-friendly, which is a plus if you have furry friends. Overall, it seems like a nice place to live in Glendale!”
“On 01/25/2024 I had a clog in my sink, and I contacted my landlord Veronica and she promptly responded to my issue by sending Chris, a maintenance worker. Chris showed up quickly, and handled the issue quickly, with integrity as well. He was polite, and very respectful. He didn’t make a mess like some maintenance people are prone to do and leave it for the resident to clean up. Very well done, with my sincerest gratitude for getting this handled quickly, so I don’t have to put off my errands waiting for someone to show up!”

“I signed up for this lease I dealt with multiple people all of them very friendly the worker I dealt with the most was the property manager Unocka she was so friendly so sweet. And this is my first place I've moved into solo really and she was patient with me she answered all my questions very straightforward very helpful. The community inside is beautiful and everyone inside seems to be very friendly. I'm really excited for the next year at this place. And even being new to a community can be hard even Unocka told me about amazing places in town and everything else as well as great places to eat. Overall it's very friendly and a beautiful place to live :)”
“Complex / property is a little old, needs maintenance from time to time, but very affordable for a condo / Townhouse. Not too far from gym, dining spots, hospital, grocery store, and if you're a catholic, St Rafael Church is only a walking distance.Friendly staff. Props to Michelle and Gerald for their amazing work, professionalism and friendly attitude :) So far so good, (4+ years resident)”
“Praise god the woman of this apts including maintenance were awesome they helped me and my famliy going thru addiction I relapse and lose my famliy it's been 3 weeks but they still tryed and still worked with me 8 had no prob with roaches or management prob or maintenance prb they were a godsend y praise park 67yh it was a good place to call home”

“I have lived at Tresa for 5+ years. The staff at the leasing office is great. When I first moved in there was a lot of turnover in the office but they have found what I feel is the perfect team. The maintenance staff is very friendly as well. I have had some health issues recently and they worked with me as much as they could in my opinion. I have had a/c problems as well and it has finally been resolved just in time for summer. The amenities are always clean!”
“We are pretty happy here, everyone around us are very friendly and we have had no problems with noisy neighbors. The only problem we encounter is the roach problem, seems like everytime someone new moves in the roaches appear, I would love if they would come an exterminate my place once a month to see if that works?”

“Working with Wanda was honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I was moving from out of state, and she made the whole process simple and stress-free. She picked up every call, answered all my questions, and walked me through everything step by step. You can tell she genuinely cares about people she made me feel welcome before I even got here.
The place itself is clean, comfortable, and fully furnished a perfect setup and an incredible deal for the area. If you’re new to Phoenix or Glendale and looking for a nice place with someone who really looks out for you, talk to Wanda. She’s the best.”

“It was good. The only thing was there were a lot of cockroaches and water bugs which are bigger versions of a roach. Sometimes when it's summer and you go to the pool you might have to be careful because there is a bee stinger and there are bees”

“At Sierra Canyon, I found the perfect place to live! I have lived in this community for 5 years. Claudia and Mariah in the front office are always so helpful, welcoming, expedient and kind in all circumstances. The monthly activities are great and generate the sense of community. The maintenance crew is friendly and accommodating. Levi is the “go to” guy for my apartment. He is a genuinely good person and his work ethic is evidence of that. Sierra Canyon is a great place with great people!”
