Mike and the entire service team at Arrowhead always do things right. I've had only great experiences here, unlike the garbage you'll get at Coulter Cadillac on Camelback. Don't go there. Go here for true 5-star service.

Always have a great experience at Arrowhead Cadillac. They’re detailed and efficient in solving my service needs or referrals to great folks for things they don’t handle. Amazingly I’ve had the same service rep, Todd, for years now. It’s comforting to see that friendly face and work with someone that knows me and the history of my vehicle(s). Todd, our service manager, does a great job! Everything is scheduled on time. And the job is finished in a timely manner. We are on the Eastside of town, but prefer to drive to Arrowhead for service to our Denali and Suburban.

I had a great experience at Arrowhead Cadillac. I was in and out of there within two hours with my brand new car. They gave me my trade-in amount before I even got there site unseen. All of my stuff was ready for me and I was out of there faster than I ever have been before at any other dealership. I would absolutely go back and recommend to friends. Tony CDO is amazing as well.

Recently bought a car here and I highly recommend. I wanted to go through Chapman as Ive bought 2 vehicles from them prior, but my man insisted we go here because he just purchased an Escalade from Courtney. Im glad I listened to him because she proved to be highly knowledgeable as well as provide great service. I cannot overstate this fact. She is definitely an asset to this place.
