“Love this place. Come here almost every weekend to buy plastic models. Their pricing on kits is very reasonable and have some of the best brands, they even have their own RC desk. Staff are really nice and helpful, always feel free to ask questions there.”

“I stopped in there today (12/21/23) looking for help fixing a necklace for my wife. While they normally dont do that kind of thing, Tammy told me over the phone to bring it in and she would take a look and see if there was something she could do. Unfortunately the necklace requires repairs that are above and beyond what they can do, but it was the effort she made to even look at it that made me give this review. Most places would brush you off without even looking at it! She also cleaned a pair of my wife's diamond earrings and was super helpful and kind throughout my visit at the store. In fact I ended up buying a set of earrings there just because I was impressed with the help and kindness I received while there. A little small talk later, I walked out a happy customer. You dont get that much more these days, sad to say. Tammy was great to interact with! Thank you, Al's!”
“Tl;Dr friendly and knowledgeable spot to grab screen printing suppliesSince my family lives over here, I was visiting the area, figured I'd stop by and pick up some supplies. I typically visit the other location since it's closer to where I work and didn't know if I'd have the same experience. I'm a pretty new hobbyist with some questions and concerns about what I was doing, Rodney totally didn't mind answering them and dropped some knowledge on me. Showed me the sweet set ups they had, told me they offered all sorts of services. They'll burn screens for ya, clean em, print for ya and even offer classes. Pretty rad stuff. Happy that both locations were so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks man ?”
“I'm doing a lot of crafts and love decorating for holidays, so we probably go 3 times a month if not more. Love all the things there. Although I have noticed this year, the stock is never fully done. I know it's busy for Christmas but it's been every holiday. And of all the times I've been over the last 7 months of making wreaths and needing supplies, I can count on one that had the employees who were nice. It's been a huge letdown to have rude or snarky staff. They don't help you. They are just kind of there, heaven forbid you need material cut. There is a lady in that area that is extremely rude and the manager doesn't seem to have a second care if you tell her, like I said I get that it's Christmas times and it's busy, but I've been going for years, and more often just the last 7 months, like 3 or 4 times a month, and it's been happening the entire time. No change in the attitudes of employees.
Giving 4 stars really on products in the store at this point.. for the most part, the quality is top notch, and the selection is great. Something for everyone.”
