“Just an honest review from a real customer. I picked up my truck from Kaizen today.
I was involved in a small fender-bender. Nothing major -- bumper, some scrapes to small parts, and parking sensors.
Even a small fender-bender can introduce a bunch of anxiety - especially in an industry that I'm unfamiliar with.
Progressive offered me Kaizen Collision Center for repairs and I accepted.
Just a short while after I hung up with Progressive, Kaizen gave me a call and they were absolutely amazing from the get-go. We scheduled a time for me to drop off my truck and go over some paperwork.
I arrived right on time and was met at the door to review the damages and repairs. Quick, painless.
I asked about a couple dings that weren't part of the accident - please - this was not an upsell by Kaizen, I was the one who asked. They are experts in collision repair. She said if you want to get those dings/dents fixed, now would be the time. I assured her that these weren't part of the insurance claim and that I'd pay out of pocket separately. She quoted me an amazing price, truly pennies of what it would cost to have them repaired if it weren't already being repaired for other damage. It was a complete no-brainer.
I was picking up a rental car. Kaizen even offered to call a private number to have the rental car driven over for me!
The rental car place was busy and didn't have anybody to send. It was going to be a long wait. Kaizen pulled one of their staff to drive me over to the rental car shop so I didn't have to walk in the heat!
Kaizen has a modern communications system that sends SMS updates to your phone. I probably received an update every other day during the repair process and they managed to completely repair my truck in just a couple business days. It was absolutely wonderful to receive those texts.
I received both a voicemail and a text that my truck was done.
I called back, they let me know that my truck was at the wash and I could pick it up any time! (I dropped off an absolutely filthy truck. Lord have mercy, you dont even know. Sorry about that, Kaizen. "preciate you cleaning her up)
When I arrived, my beautiful truck was parked out front. Clean, damage free. Kaizen's work is impeccable.
Some super simple paperwork and a quick walk-around with the estimator and I was free to go!

From start to finish, I can't think of a single thing that I would ask for more. Think about that. How often have you gone through a complex, nervewracking process, with multiple companies involved (insurance, Kaizen, rental) --- and at the end of it, you're like, "man, everything, from start to finish, was perfection"

“We had an overall positive experience at the car wash here! When we took our vehicle through the car wash, the tail light cover was dislodged and we didn’t notice until the next day. When we called the store manager, Kaden, he searched time through the entire car wash and eventually found it in the dumpster. He even went so far as to retrieve it for us! Haha above and beyond service! I would also just like to say that the entire time we were working with Kaden, he was incredibly friendly and helpful! Nothing but good things to say there! He was so upfront and transparent about what he could or cannot do for us and said that if nothing was able to be done through his manager, to come back to him, and he would give us any car wash for free that was within his power to offer.
Kaden said that he was unable to do anything for us to reimburse us for the cost of the tail light, but got me in took with his manager Alex. Alex was generous enough to provide us with a free detailing of the car given the circumstances. Fortunately we had a car that would benefit from that. However when I asked if there was any way they could reimburse for parts and labor of the broken taillight, he was unwilling. Ultimately, the repair was easy enough that I was able to do it myself, and I bought a used part off of eBay, however, if anything more serious has been broken I am unsure if they would’ve been willing to confess liability, despite broken tail lights being conspicuously absent from their signage on which they list areas of the vehicle they are not responsible for damage.
Ultimately, I would say we had a good experience at this car wash and will continue to recommend it to friends and family! Just be aware that if you do have odd parts of your vehicle that are damaged, they may not be willing to reimburse you for it, however, they may be willing to provide services instead of compensation.
The car wash they do offer is very good and it’s a clean and well kept facility!”

“Where do I start. I initially called on the phone. And the customer service I received was extraordinary. The physical business is about an hour from my house. I made the trip, and I thought the phone service was great. Well there in person experience was even better. Disclaimer: I’m a weekend warrior. So initially going into the store I was a little intimidated. They treated me like family and explained every process of washing my car. I mean every process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Huge thank you to Jose and Joseph who helped me and remained patient with me the complete trip. If you’re a weekend warrior or a professional I recommend this store. Thanks PES I’ll be back soon. Google won’t allow for another review so I’m back to edit this one. I’ve visited this place quite often after my initial visit. My last time going I needed a new pressure washer for the garage. Adriel helped me.
