“I don't write many reviews, whatever I purchased or whatever service I received had to be pretty outstanding. Maaco, on Deer Valley Road, really exceeded my expectations! Frank explained everything they were going to do when he wrote up the estimate and answered all my questions. I was happy with the price as it was lower than I had anticipated. My car was finished a day earlier than I was told it would be. My car looked brand new! I have a five year warranty ( which is two more than the manufacturer offered.) I would highly recommend Maaco to anyone needing a paint job.”

“I flew from NY to Phoenix and Jay's daughter Tierra was waiting at the airport when I arrived. She escorted me to ASC Motorsports where I met Taylor and was instantly handed keys to the truck. Taylor asked if I wanted to test drive the truck by myself or preferred her to ride along and quickly hopped in when I asked for her guidance being in unknown territory. She was patient and personable just as Tierra had been. After arriving back at the dealership she went in the office and gave me ample time and space to check everything out on the truck as it was about to make a 2,500 mile cross country haul. I felt zero pressure and total respect from Taylor. She made paperwork effortless and even after sealing the deal on the truck, Taylor assured me that a couple small issues I had with the truck would be addressed by way of them shipping me the parts. Truck gave me no issues all the way home and in a very reasonable time frame I received the parts I had asked for just as she had promised. What else can I say besides these people are very accommodating, kindand ultimately want happy customers. The truck was a good deal and I am thankful that I did business with ASC as their approach to business is the way other dealerships could take some lessons from! ”

“A few years back they matched color and finish on a wheel that other valley shops would not touch. When I got it back it matched the other wheels perfectly. So, when I had a car with inherited wheel issues, including curb rash, I went here to take care of them.Bob gave me great customer service when I changed the color of my 350Z wheels to match my door handles. They cleaned up the curb rash on the right wheels then matched all wheels to the new color. He made me feel like they care about me as a customer.”

“Went to get the Touchless car wash for the first time. Was a tricky but worked it out. Luckily I didn’t go over basic because the other packages scrubbed the wheels. I don’t understand why anything in any package for Touchless is … touching. Basic was fine for me although the wheels weren’t washed at all. I will go back again because as a basic car wash it’s great as I don’t always feel like getting my two buckets out.”

“I love the added personal touch of your own little package that includes a heavy duty mini trash bag, wet dash wipe, air freshener and reusable microfiber cloth. There is a receptacle to recycle the cloths which I think is great instead of selfishly keeping them for yourself. It keeps costs down as they launder them and reuse them. Fine by me! Everything you need to make your car sparkle with a little muscle and minimum cash. My favorite spot by far.”

And I love Shelby the dosing, she's always greets you with a smile on her face that will brighten up a whole room I love her to death she makes everyone feel so she never criticizes anybody or makes him feel less than ever always got a smile on her face even if she might be having a bad day she'll always have a smile on her face and make you feel good about yourselfyesterday I was going through some problems and really sad and she asked me how I was doing she was worried about me and what was going on with me because she said I was always smiling every time I came in there and yesterday for some reason I wasn't smiling Joyce takes the time to ask you how you're doing and how you're feeling and if you're alright I love her for that she worries more about all of us than she does about herself and like I said I've been going to this clinic for almost seven years so I think I know her pretty well she's so sweet and so kind I could go on and on and on about Shelby but I just want everybody to know that I love her so much and I know everybody that goes like clinic does nobody has anything bad to say about Shelby. Just saw I put a good word out there for Shelby. I don't know what I would do if I went to the clinic one morning and I didn't see her on the other side of that glass. Anyways Shelby if you read this I want you to know that I love you and you're always appreciated and thank you for everything that you do for me. I think I'd be lost without.”

“Took my daughter's 2023 black Tacoma in for a ceramic coating, not really knowing what CC was all about. The Bob Moses team was very welcoming and immediately jumped on servicing my truck. They took me back for a paint inspection and they gave me a detailed description of what was to be done.I came back a day later to pick the truck up and was amazed at what they were able to do. Moreover, after about a week at home (parked in driveway) I was really able to see what all the fuss about CC is.
