Jose gave OUTSTANDING customer service when we needed to replace our car fob battery. I didn't expect it, but Jose exchanged the old battery with the new battery in under 10 minutes! He is simply professional AND gave us a delightful experience. Give this young man a RAISE. He should be training new hires too.
