“My experience was great—excellent customer service! This was my first time being involved in a collision, and I wasn’t familiar with the insurance process. Unfortunately, my insurance representative didn’t explain much and was hard to reach.
On the other hand, Caliber Collision did an amazing job. Jerry was very nice, answered all of my questions, was extremely patient, and guided me through the entire process step by step.
