“Got a flat and a ripped valve on the New River trail north of Happy Valley Rd. Google got me to Roadrunner Bike.
I asked the owner if I could leave the bike there and call an Uber: his reply was yes! (I was 30+miles from home.)
He said it would take a few minutes to get me on my way and he was good to his word. We chatted for bit and had some complimentary cold water with my snack.
Great place to buy and/or maintain your ride. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would be a loyal customer.”

Don't judge by your level of expertise and try to guide you to get best within your parameters. Only challenge I had was get honest expert opinion for changes I was making.
