Collision today to have it inspected because I had pulled up an auto check saying my car did in fact have frame/structural damage. Luis was extremely thorough and showed me with a flashlight exactly everything that was wrong with the vehicle. I felt very informed- and I also felt the customer service was great!!! I just picked up my 07 Lexus GS350 and of course as always I was impressed with the work that was done, it was as if I had just bought the vehicle. My go-to guy is Jerry, he takes time to listen and is very detailed in the work that needs to be done. He always keeps me up-to-date with what's going on during the process of repairing my vehicle and answers any and all questions that I may have without being in a hurry. We dealt with Ethan about a year and a half ago and dealing with Lucas now. I have actually never dealt with any car type related issues that have had good customer service but these two young men truly care about there customers are honest whether it's good or bad news. They call every Tuesday and Thursday whether there's an update or not. I've never been more impressed.”
