On the other hand, Caliber Collision did an amazing job. Jerry was very nice, answered all of my questions, was extremely patient, and guided me through the entire process step by step. We dealt with Ethan about a year and a half ago and dealing with Lucas now. I have actually never dealt with any car type related issues that have had good customer service but these two young men truly care about there customers are honest whether it's good or bad news. They call every Tuesday and Thursday whether there's an update or not. I've never been more impressed.”
