“Purchase new carpet for 4 bedrooms and a Den from Brandi Carpet. The experience from product investigation to sale to delivery and install was one of the best overall experiences in purchasing a major home upgrade item that I can remember. Justin, in sales was knowledgeable and educated us on the different types of carpet, pros and cons and he did not pressure us. the install was top notch. Jose and Lenny, who together have over 60 years of carpet installs were professional and efficient. They cleaned up well. Price was very fair and reasonable. Chris the owner answered our numerous questions on the way and was always in touch. Brandi Carpet is an EXCELLENT choice if you want new flooring of any kind. No wonder they have been in business since 1971! Customer service like this is hard to find. Again, thank you Brandi team!!”

“Veronica took control when she realized I had been giving the run around by several flooring companies prior to her. She made me feel comfortable with my questions and even more confident with her knowledge.”

“So happy with Bram Flooring! Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable for my situation. Originally, wanted tile but after reviewing the floor/room, Rep-JJ Gave his professional advice and options about our project. We had gotten 3 other quotes and Bram was the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. You won’t be disappointed with Bram Flooring”

“Baker Bros has a good selection of flooring materials and a pleasant showroom. Roy B. went above and beyond in helping us select the right wood floors and kept in touch throughout the process; he was a pleasure to work with. The installers were terrific. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new wood and tile floors.”

“Matt and his team saved us when we ran into trouble with another contractor that had done subpar work. Matt coordinated every detail seamlessly and incredibly kindly, removing all stress from us. His team came in and demo’ed the work that was done improperly, and then installed flooring, baseboards, and two bathrooms, quickly and beautifully, to drastically transform our home. I would recommend Floors n More a thousand times over. So grateful for Matt and his team.”

Sales Staff (Sara) very Courteous and no pressure but helpful through entire process. Their pricing is very reasonable. “March 6, 2026. I was referred to Gonzalez Carpet Supplies recently and have been very pleased. Family owned business with no pressure, just helpful, knowledgeable people and great customer service. They have a very wide range of products, from fairly inexpensive to fairly pricey and everywhere in between. Many brands and styles to choose from, including a wide range of commercial flooring products. All I have interacted with have been quick to provide answers on availability and pricing. Regarding a commercial product that was exactly what we were looking for, they learned that it was on backorder and not scheduled to resume production until July of this year. However, Sirenia reached out to the factory rep and was able to locate the desired product in the right amount elsewhere in the country, all of the same lot number as well. I went in, ordered and paid for it and should receive within 2 weeks. Janeth has also been very helpful with my never ending questions, as have all others at the business. In an age where quality customer service is becoming increasingly scarce, the people at Gonzalez still provide old fashioned timely above and beyond service. I have been in business 50 years and can attest to being treated right, and highly recommend them as a result.”
