“I called this company knowing that I may not have a successful outcome due to hunting for discontinued flooring from 2022. I happened to get the sales associate Brian. Brian went above and beyond customer service. Customer service that you are not provided anywhere nowadays. Brian took the time to get every bit of information he could. He did not give up after the first day, he continued on and dealt with me for 3 more days and due to his constant effort he gave me a Christmas miracle!!! Called with an exciting phone call that he found my flooring and I was able to purchase so I can repair the flooring at my home that was damaged. I called six stores before Brian and friendly individuals but the customer service did not even come close to what Brian provided. I will be referring anyone I know that needs flooring to Brian because I know he will not let anything stump him or will he give up because the computer did not give him the exact information he needed when he looked. His efforts are unmatched and I am beyond thankful for his time and efforts he spent on our flooring! THANK YOU BRIAN, I appreciate your help more than you know!”
