His quote wasn't the lowest price, nor was it the highest. However, his demeanor and obvious knowledge of flooring made us feel confident he was our guy! His crew was respectful and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They finished on time and when they discovered a crack in our floor that needed extra work and repair, the additional cost was quite reasonable. Hire this company if you want some new flooring done right!”

“Due to a house flood and some complications with Mohawk carpeting, we were in need of quality carpet and fast. After visiting Home Depot, Lowes, other small carpet businesses, we were recommended by one of the workers in our house to try out this place. Now, I"m gonna be 100% honest....we were driving up to the carpet place (which was quite a drive from where we live) and I was skeptical of what kind of carpet place this was going to be. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! This place was AWESOME! The guy who helped us (wish I knew his name-nice young guy) was so patient, answered all of our questions and even gave us a large piece of carpet to take home as a sample (not just the small swatch). We love our carpet and we are so glad that we stopped by!”

“We just had two bedrooms converted from carpet to laminate flooring. The two installers that came to our house were amazing. They showed up on time, they worked around some particularly large and heavy pieces of furniture and a walk in closet that we thought would be very difficult to work in. This was our first project with Baker Brothers and based on the job the installers did, we would have them come back to our house for any future flooring need. They removed all debris from the job and after they were gone, you would have never known they were ever here. The floor looks fabulous and we couldn't be happier with our choice.”

“Cost Plus 20 did all the flooring in our house and we were super happy with them! We worked primarily with Beth at the Surprise location, and she was super patient and helped us pick flooring that would work with our style preferences, paint, furniture, and even considered the way it’d show at different times of the day in different lighting. We got both LVP and carpet, both of which still look beautiful. Pricing was totally fair and they worked within our budget. I would totally work with cost plus 20 again!”
