I was recently blown away by the customer service I received there by Alicia, an amazing teller. She renewed my faith in prior service I have received there. She went above and beyond and I absolutely love her. The security guard is super friendly and nice. The location is convenient and my favorite Chase location.

Just wnt to the atm. It was sooo slow, it took me 15 minutes just to use the atm. And that wasn't waiting for anyone. It was just the atm running super slow. And it didn't accept my money at first then i had to start the whole transaction again

I needed a cashier's check to move into my apartment. Daniel helped me right as I walked in. He verified multiple times the amount and made sure everything was correct before I left.
