Great customer service. Can talk to a banker without a appointment. All employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This includes the manager, really helpful and nice. Have security inside who is also friendly. Feel safe using this location.

I was recently blown away by the customer service I received there by Alicia, an amazing teller. She renewed my faith in prior service I have received there. She went above and beyond and I absolutely love her. The security guard is super friendly and nice. The location is convenient and my favorite Chase location.

Just wnt to the atm. It was sooo slow, it took me 15 minutes just to use the atm. And that wasn't waiting for anyone. It was just the atm running super slow. And it didn't accept my money at first then i had to start the whole transaction again
