My family and I visited this store, and all the employees were pleasant until we encountered an older white woman with blonde hair. She gave us disapproving looks that felt unprofessional, as if she suspected us of planning to take something without paying. This treatment was not acceptable, and we do not appreciate such behavior.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Tesia during my recent visit to Coach at Arrowhead, and I can confidently say she provided one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Tesia greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient with all my questions, and had an amazing eye for style that helped me find exactly what I was looking for—even items I didn’t know I needed!
Tesia struck the perfect balance between attentive and respectful, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Her enthusiasm for the brand is contagious, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Because of her, I left not only with a beautiful purchase but with a smile on my face. Coach is lucky to have someone like Tesia on their team. If you're shopping at Arrowhead, do yourself a favor and ask for her—you won't regret it!

I am devastated by the way my friend and I were treated at this location by the manager on duty. She is tall, with blonde hair about shoulder length, and an older white woman. My best friend and I were treated like we were criminals. She descended upon us after we’re looking at the hang tags on the embosser machine. This woman stayed watching us and staring us down even though we were not the only customers in the store. Mind you we had already been helped by an associate so it feels like she made some pretty big assumptions in her head. I am upset at our treatment there by this woman.

Tesha (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on the product and a great salesperson! Wasn’t planning on actually buying anything when I walked in, but she helped me find something I really loved!

5 stars simply for the manager at this location. I bought my first coach purse on a trip to Oregon and the strap broke a month later, they sent it out and kept it for 7 weeks to “repair it” only for it to break again 2 days later. I called this location because it’s closest to my house. Kevin completely replaced the bag for me and unfortunately it broke again after that, it broke a total of 3 times in 6 months, the same spot on the same strap, definitely an issue with the cheap design of the purse. I was very disappointed and angry because this purse was NOT cheap. Kevin was able to help me find a new purse and compensate for the time and energy, and the awful experience. If it wasn’t for Kevin and his compassion I would have demanded a refund and never walked into a coach store again. coach should be thankful they have such a wonderful employee at this location who ensures that customers are satisfied even when coach makes a product that consistently breaks for almost $400. He made the whole situation better for me and someone needs to give him a raise!

I was very impressed with Kevin my sales representative.His high customer service level in handling a multiple return on the same item until satisfaction was met. This store is very lucky to have a representative that holds good character in handling difficult situations and being able to turn into a positive experience.(Thete was a total of 4 total visits)Please ask for Kevin when visiting this store(ArrowheadTown Centerin Glendale Arizona)

I highly recommend this coach outlet Overall has the best customer service. They are so helpful when it comes to helping you find specifically what you were looking for. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was definitely impressed by their employee Kevin his professionalism, customer service and enthusiastic attitude has me Definitely coming back to spoil myself next time.

Exvellent Outlet I'm a huge Coach Fan, what can I say, with that being said I had to stop in for a quick look around. This Coach Outlet Store is fantastic. The store offers a great selection of coach merchandise to choose from, the layout is nice, the staff are frienfly abd helpful, and you can always find a good deal and returns are never an issue.On this visit we were able to find very good deals on a few Clearance items. What I like best about this store is th sale staff are always so attentive and helpful. If you are a Coach Fan you need to stop by and take a look around.
