I was expecting a poor experience because I had called the store that morning but was only able to leave a message and call back number. No call back after waiting for a couple of hours so I went to the store. Waited only a few minutes and my issue was resolved quickly. So no complaints about the service at the store. They were busy so I can appreciate why I didn’t get an immediate return call.

I went in with my mom after trying to start services online. She just moved, and I wanted to make sure she had wifi in her new home asap. We signed in, and the wait was short. We were greeted by Marcellus, who took us right away. He was very kind, patient, and helped us get the service going quickly. Marcellus was AWESOME! I'm so happy he helped us! The service was quick, and he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and made sure my mom was happy with her choices. We were able to leave that same day with a self install kit, and he explained and made sure we knew what we were doing. I'm super happy with the service we received today! Thank you, Marcellus, for your great service!

Earl and Marcellus were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Walked in without an appointment and was out within 10 minutes. Thank you for the kind words fellas, made my day.

Not so friendly customer service.Cox customer service used to be out of this planet but don't know what happened in the past few years it has become worse. Seems like they just don't care of their customers anymore.The reason is Monopoly, they know they don't have a competitor and customer will come back to them so they treat them like slaves.I must say time to cut this Monopoly and other better services should come to the valley. Century and disk are not good computer to cox speed.

Worst experience with "associate" named Logan - couldn't be bothered to help instead he was more concerned about getting back to sitting down to take selfies and play on his cell phone I only put 1 star because you can't leave it blank.

No issues until we noticed they keep track of data usage or you pay more? It's a racket. We pay for internet so provide internet at a set price. Just like Comcast did.

Super stoked during same day excursion, and we stopped in to see if they had tablets and ended up getting an iPhone! Super clean, super nice office, and Michael provided top-notch service to my buddy!

I don't think I've ever had better service at a COX location than I did today. Marcellus was awesome and helped me with my internet issues.

Michael needs to be retrained on how to process a payment correctly. And management shouldn't be scared to talk to customers when associates mess up.

The people there are nice but I did not like trying to use the machine to pay my bill. It worked for two other people but not me. It was super irritating.

***Beware**** this company is completely shady as well as this store!! I recently moved and had to get cox again sadly Wyyerd is not in Glendale yet. I was told I couldn’t use the cox modem that was purchased through cox and I needed there new one. So the store rep said that he would give me the rental for no charge for 12 months. I said ok as I was already mad that my modem wasn’t good enough. Well guess what it’s not free it was a 24 month contract and only 12 months free rental. Beware and read everything. They are used car sales men here. They make you think your getting a deal but your not. I even told him I don’t want any contracts or anything like that. They lie right to your face with a smile.

Cox is the sleaziest internet service provider/cable company ever. I just rented a house and ordered internet with Cox. When I ordered They say the house is ready for internet just go pick up and self install kit and connect the coax on the wall and it will be fine. I picked up and tried to connect for over 2 hours and nothing worked. Called their tech for two hours and finally they said we need to send out a technician. It was just before July 4th so they had no appointments available and we had to wait. Then the technician came and found a jack next to the fireplace that had signal. So he hooked it up and left. Now I received my 2nd month bill and they charged me for $100 for the technician who came and plugged in something that should've worked to get service started. They claimed that he had to make repairs to get service back up!? Hello? No service yet? It's the first time connecting the cable modem. Anyhow, I'm still trying to get a supervisor to talk to me but they play with words that essential I had to pay for activation installation and it's costing me $100 just to turn on the damn modem. Mind you I used to work for several telecommunications companies and I am a Cisco certified sales expert. At this point anyone who's reading my review should immediately take your business elsewhere without hesitation. This company is out to get you. Their customer service reps are up sales people whose only mission is to get you to upgrade and not to service your issues. They start to bill you the moment you place your order. Not when the service actually turned on. So I was billed for over 4 days before I see a green light on my cable modem. Their business practice is outright illegal and sleazy! I am going to file a complaint with the FCC and state better business bureau. Do not go near Cox!

I just had the worst experience on the phone. Monica was one of the girls that I spoke to and I'm not sure the gentleman's name that I was on the phone with before her. My husband passed away and they wouldn't do anything to help me credit his account or anything and she was so extremely rude. I just wanted to go and cancel my and go through direct so I suggest don't use Cox I'm going to. And I hope that they are monitoring the phone calls because they will see how extremely rude this Monica is to their customers. And for as much money we pay to have Internet and TV to be treated like that spoke to you like that unacceptable.
