The branch manager Claudio is the best. He was so patient when I was so frustrated and totally resolved all my concerns. I'm closing my other bank accounts and moving them here.

Left Wells Fargo after 35 years to Cuw. By far the best Bank I’ve dealt with.Emily at the main branch has given my wife, my daughter ( opening her first account) and myself EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you! Would definitely recommend Credit Union West.
