“In today’s day and age nothing worth while is free. The exception is CSA computers and their staff. I have never been so satisfied with the service and just all around caring for their clients. I was in a literal panic due to a Laptop issue I was having while trying to sign in for work. Instead of insisting I come to them and pay a fee just to get it looked at they reviewed a couple options to try to remedy the problem myself. It worked and they advised me on ways to fix the issue so it won’t happen again. This is so rare now a days to give great advice and ask for nothing in return. Thank you”
“Brandon was very thorough while checking our refrigerator and did everything possible to find out what was causing the noise it makes when it starts to run. While he was here the noise had subsided, so he was unable to determine the cause. The refrigerator continues to run and cool and freeze but the noise, when it begins to run, still occurs. We will just wait and see if anything else develops. We did discuss with Brandon that it could be a fan making the noise and he suggested that would be easy to remedy. Brandon is polite, knowledgeable and caring and was sure that the refrigerator was put back in place carefully.”
