“We selected florists choice for an arrangement for a memorial service. It was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and Elite Flowers and Gifts used a lovely mix of flowers and greens. They called to confirm the delivery time and ensured the arrangement was there as scheduled. We did not have a “window”. They called to let us know it was on its way and when it had arrived. Top notch service for an important day. Thank you to Elite Flowers and Gifts for going to extra mile for us.”

“My husband had surgery within two days of his cousin losing his son and our time and thoughts were very crowded. A couple weeks went by with muddled food prep, new diets, thinking of my husband’s recovery. Suddenly one night we looked at each other and realized we hadn’t sent our cousin any flowers for his son’s funeral in two days. We went on line and found a lovely site with “same day delivery”. That is what we needed. The bouquet was a beautiful full white flower bouquet so we ordered. They said they would call the home first because of heat during this time of year, they delivered the very next day in the morning and it was beautiful. We upgraded from a basket to add more flowers. Glendale Flowers sent us a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery and the basket was now a beautiful glass basket. We were ecstatic with their prompt delivery, gorgeous flower arrangement, and all the emails confirming what they were sending and when. We will use this sight again. Thank you for caring about us who get stuck in this strange timing now and then.”

“I absolutely love this local flower shop! The owner is one of the kindest people you’ll meet and is always such a pleasure to work with. She has created multiple large, beautiful floral arrangements for my business, including our grand opening and several special events. Not only does she always bring my vision to life, but she also helps me create one when I’m not quite sure what I want. I also come here for smaller bouquets for birthdays, Mother’s Day, and other special occasions, and they are always fresh, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed, not to mention they last soooo long!! The quality is consistently amazing, the prices are fair, and the customer service is exceptional. If you’re looking for a florist who truly cares about her customers and her craft, I can’t recommend her enough. Supporting local businesses like this is something I truly love, and this shop is one of the best in the Valley!”

“Yanika saved the day! I ordered flowers for a coworker whose father is passing and realized afterward that I had entered the wrong delivery address. When I called to follow up after learning the flowers hadn’t arrived yet, Yanika quickly located my order and helped make the necessary adjustments. The original address was nearby, but the correct address was more than 30 minutes away—and despite the mistake being entirely mine, she went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was still fulfilled. What could have easily been a stressful situation was handled with so much care and kindness. I’m incredibly grateful to Yanika for making sure the flowers reached my coworker when they mattered most.”

“Today, I had the best service ever. I got to Sam's Club to pick up a cupcake order at 10ish am on my way to a 1030am baby shower. I get there and the bakery tells me, we don't have an order for you. I checked my receipt and noticed it was ordered at the Sams near my home not my work. I immediately realized I was not going to make it all the way to Surprise then back to work and a little panic set in. They pointed to the premade cupcakes and shared there were some options there. Since we knew the gender, those were not the best option. I returned to the counter and "BRIANNA" said, if you would like white whipped topping, I can make them up for you right now. She also offered sprinkles. I told her then and I am repeating it here. Brianna, you are the best person in the world today! Thank you so much for your help! Sam's Club is lucky to have you on their team! LIFE SAVER (or in this case BABY SHOWER SAVER!! Luckily, I already had some baby blue items to put on the white cupcakes....who knew they would all be white.”
