I’ve been sending flowers through Teleflora and another Phoenix area florist for years and I’m usually disappointed! The bouquets have been smaller and less full than expected but not with Glendale Flowers! Yes, you have to pay over $100 for good flowers these days but at least I got my money’s worth this time.”

“I am writing an update to my prior review, as the shop has worked with me and they were eager to make my order right. We received an updated bouquet that was what we hoped to receive in the first place and we’re very happy with the arrangement. D store, while we were not thrilled with our initial arrangement that was delivered, went out of their way to fix the issue. And while the Valentine’s Day surprise was not as we hoped, they showed that they care and we did receive what we wanted after the fact. I hope the store continues to fulfill orders as promised, and as ordered. We will be sure to give them another chance at the next flower giving occasion.. Thank you!!”

They were sympathetic, kind, and professional. The catalog had so many beautiful options with the ability to pick colors and flowers that resonated with my loved one. When we arrived at services, the flower arrangements exceeded my expectations. They were so gorgeous and I could tell it was done with love and care. She communicated with me through out to ensure they arrived and were delivered safely and on time. “Trey and his team are absolutely amazing! I recently ordered a gourmet champagne basket through Cactus Flower Florists to be delivered to my brother-in-law who had his graduation in AZ. I was in a very specific and short time crunch to get the basket delivered while someone was at the Airbnb. They weren't able to get the delivery driver to the location in time so they created an entirely new basket and hand delivered it. I can't begin to express how impressed I am with their customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I have been looking for flowers to do a couple of arrangements and had almost given up. I went to Hobby Lobby and Jo Annes and could not find anything that didn't look fake. When i walked in Discount Silk Flowers, i was immediately greeted and the owner helped me find flowers for my project. She even put them together by bending the bunches and showed me how to arrange them. I was done shopping in 10 minutes! “This was the review that I left on the company website. My mom said this arrangement was absolutely beautiful and smelled really amazing. My mom also said these were way better smelling than any grocery store arrangement. I can agree with everything that she said. I went over and saw them the day after she got them and the lovely smell filled up the area around the table where she had them. They are absolutely gorgeous! The one thing my mom mentioned was that she didn't get any type of instructions on how to care for them. As of this morning another bud has opened!”
