Horrible how can they let you book a car everything goes tru and then they call you the day of pick up just to say no more cars what’s the point of booking in advance if that doesn’t hold a car for anyone. Need to fix that issue and not waste peoples time. If theres no cars available just say that.

Very disappointing experience.
I visited this location on Thursday, July 18th, and was shocked by how rude and unhelpful the staff member was. The woman working that day was extremely unprofessional and made the entire process unpleasant. I ended up canceling my reservation and walking out. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and rent elsewhere.

Terrible lady at the counter. Rude as rude gets. She charged my credit card but didn’t want to give me a receipt. Her argument is im a second driver. I said but you charged my credit card with my name on it. I will be filing a fraud claim because she declined to give me a receipt.

THEY DON’T MAKE SURE THEIR VEHICLES ARE CLEAN. Should’ve looked at the reviews sooner. My husband rented a vehicle from them for one day. He used it to go to work and back while his work truck was in the shop. It was clear that the rental hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and we should’ve spoke up about it... Because they made us go and vacuum out “dog hair” that was “covering” the whole vehicle or get charged $100 bucks. Scam. So YOU don’t ensure your vehicles are cleaned and then decide you’ll pick one person to do the dirty work for you. Great way to run a business. Someone definitely had dogs in this vehicle, but it wasn’t me lady. Make sure you mark down every dog hair you see in the vehicle you rent from them so they don’t try to charge you $100 fee.

Apparently their system lets them overbook reservations by 20%. Fix your system Hertz. Just wasted both Uber money and wasted time trying to get a car rental. Super unprofessional.
