Smooth and easy!!!! The lady at front desk is delightful! She needs some assistance up there though. She handles several customers alone at the same time all day it appears. Somehow, she just handles it all so well with a bubbly multitasking attitude! Right on lady!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This place will rip you off. They , fraudulently double charge your credit card, they never answer there phone. They have extremely poor customer service. They don’t have a car available even if you already paid and booked a vehicle in advance.Again, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE !!

I called to see if this location had vehicles. This location was extremely busy and had more renters than vehicles is what the guy on the phone told me.
