Place has horrible customer service. They have 1 lerson working. Which is understandable if they are short staff but at least have some kindness or customer service ethics. This guy don't acknowledge anyone . He chomping his gum complaining that he is the only one working. He don't look a customer in the face while speaking which is very disrespectful. He blame the computer equipment that he is moving at a slower pace. His body language just shows that he don't want to be there and is irritated with everyone and everything. I can see why they only have a 3 star rating. Plus the place holds a very unpleasant smell. Like if someone was smoking a cigar inside.

This place will rip you off any way they can. Beware! Compare your rental agreement when you drive off the lot to when you return it. Rates magically increase and when questioned, they have an answer that makes no sense. They charged me $123 extra bc I locked in the rates that high which was not true, if I am comparing rental agreements. They're unprofessional and lack of employees, prob because they're in a line of business to rip people off. Honestly, there are other car rentals in the area that will treat you better. You just lost a customer Hertz because u see no value in customer service.

By far the worst rental car experience I’ve had. customer service was none existent. Rude, dismissive. Once I returned the car I had to wait 15mins because , no employee was at the counter (They left a note stating they went to the car wash). Once an employee finally arrived , he didn’t speak a word to me then proceeded to go in the back area, never to be seen again. 5minz later another employee arrived, from there I was finally able to return the car. I felt this establishment was a private owned hertz, lacking the hertz quality and standards.

Despite car rentals places never having the best reviews, I had an extremely great experience renting out of this Hertz facility. I do not recall the gentleman's name that was helping me out (I think he was there temporarily to help out the branch), but he was extremely kind and helpful. Checking in and returning the car was a breeze - this Hertz location will definitely get my business again.

Absolutely trash! Vehicle was beat as hell had damage and then they tried to pass the damage off on me after i completed the rental! even after doing a 20+ minute walk through on the vehicle before I took it!

Becareful with this Hertz. I went to give them my drs license in advance as I was renting a car thru a car insurance because their client hit my car. Hertz proceeded to give me the keys 4 days earlier than the insurance would pay for it and i told them the car wasnt getting fixed until 4 days later and she told me " Well were not holding you responsible to pay for it." Then I told her yeah but once the insurance finds out they are going to come after me to cover the charges. She said that wasnt up to Hertz. WHAT!!!! Needless to say I didnt take the car and I called the insurance and they appeared upset. Asked to change over to Enterprise!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Should be 0 stars. Employees fight with customers and are atrociously disrespectful. I have never witnessed customer service like this — there was none. If you are from out of town — AVOID!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to confirm my reservation at the store over 25 times and no one picked up the phone. Called the 1-800 number just to get told my reservation # was incorrect. By the time it was figured out the store was closed. The next day I get a phone call about confirming my reservation just to get told that they may or may not have a car for me at the time of my reservation. I show up at my reservation time waited in the office for an hour before being seen just to get told that because I am using a debit card I need two forms of picture ID'S. It would have been nice to know before I waisted 2 days and still don't have a rental car. Now going to rent a car through Enterprise.

The worst car renting experience I've ever had. DO NOT COME HERE!! The entire staff is super rude and unprofessional, literally just ignore you and don't acknowledge you have even entered the building.

Ripoff location. From the start of picking up my vehicle to a month later,.lies, over charges and more lies. I rented and paid extra for a large SUV, they first tried to give me a mid size car, settled for a small SUV. However, no refund was offered. The small SUV was significantly cheaper than what I paid. When I returned the vehicle, the rep did an inspection and everything was fine. Then a.month later they charged a $300 cleaning fee. When asked for what, they could not provide an answer. On site manager was rude and ignorant and later stated it was for dig hair? Funny, there was never a dog in the vehicle. Be warned, this off airport location are thieves.

BEWARE! Do NOT rely on this company!! I wish that I could give zero stars! We reserved a vehicle and were called the morning of pick-up and told that they had no vehicle for us. Literally ZERO vehicles! We would have taken literally anything they had available. My husband needed it for an important work function and then we had an entire vacation planned relying on the rental vehicle. They have left us stranded. Renting a car should be the easiest part of the whole scenario and I thought this was a reputable company.... the woman on the phone could care less. She was very unprofessional and nonchalant. She had zero remedy except for us to somehow get a drive or uber 2 hours away to rent from the airport... to maybe get a vehicle through them there. What a mess!! If the vehicle is not available they should not allow you to book online in the first place. And good luck getting anyone on the phone (a real person). The automated line actually hangs up when you select "talk to an associate at the local location". I could not get through to a human no mater what selections I tried. It only says to go online and book your rental. But as we know, the cars you book online don't actually exist!! DO NOT rely on this company!!

Customer service is the worst. The rental car was dirty, tires were bald and the engine oil light came on during our trip. We reserved a mid size car, the woman working there wanted to upgrade us to a large SUV. We wanted gas mileage, not a gas guzzler. Will never rent from this location again

Took 3 days to get used to the cruise control. I suppose it's for safety reasons that if a car is in front of you and turns into a right turn lane that your car has to slow your speed down to 22 miles an hour? Sometimes on a very busy highway! It did that going through Las Vegas recently. Not safe in my opinion.
