“This is the 2nd time I'm using Floor & Decor. They have a great selection of flooring which makes this a one-stop shop. In addition, they have designer services as well. We had several questions on our downstairs tile and how to match that with new laminate for the upstairs. We worked with a designer named Dee Dee. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was honest and offered her expertise on what would work best with our existing flooring and how to address our stairs, which is currently carpeted. If you need flooring and especially if you need designer services, I highly recommend working with Dee Dee. You will not regret it.”
“Olive was amazing. We went on a super busy day and she still took the time to check in and keep an inventory of our order as we walked through the store. We’re exciting to start our project!”
“Professional. Quality work. Efficient. Strong customer service. Put Grab bars in our shower. Discussed and implanted. Would use for other bathroom improvements.”
“Spent some time at floor and decor picking some tiles and other stuff for around our home. Richard was very helpful and helped us to making sure we weren’t forgetting any steps in between!”
“It is always a pleasure to purchase, our sinks and material at aracruz, the team is always nice, accessible and kind,if you're looking for natural material is a good to go...”
“This review is specifically for Cici - She was so great with every step from the ordering process to right before the install. There was a glitch in the computer system so I ended up with a different color and she was right on it and got the right one ordered. I HIGHLY recommend this company and can't thank Cici enough with her exemplary customer service.”
“I would give them 10+ Stars if I could! They are so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond for their clients. Very professional but still laid back enough that you have a great time working with them. I cannot recommend them enough, anything you need (wood related :)) they have the answer and the product! It's not normal in today's world to get this high level of customer service! Thank you Dylan and Nicole, you guys are truly AMAZING! We'll see you again really soon! Liz & Blake”
“Highly recommend JJ Liquidation
We had an excellent experience with JJ Liquidation. The quality of the cabinets and countertops exceeded our expectations—modern, solid, and beautifully finished. Everything looks high-end and transformed our kitchen completely.
The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, transparent, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking for great quality materials, fair pricing, and reliable service, JJ Liquidation is a fantastic choice. We are very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone renovating or upgrading their kitchen.”
“4x the size of many other liquidators. This place is packed to the ceiling with new in box but damage packaging building materials. Use your barcode reader to find the price at Home Depot and offer them half. They will always take it if you can prove it.”
“(Translated by Google) great products and best service from the people in this office(Original)excelentes productos y el mejor servicio de la gente de esta oficina”
“The quality of their work is excellent, their pricing was significantly lower than other bids and in particular, they don't add a lot of profit on top of actual slab nor play games in measuring that others did to make it seem like we needed more material than we actually did. The other major differentiator is that, when you have a problem with a manufacturer (CAMBRIA) who refused to honor their warranty (twice denied after appeals) years after an install, Accent contacted them and immediately got them to accept responsibility. That means a lot and they were great about ensuring we were satisfied. I can't recommend them enough.”
“I had an amazing experience working with New Cabinet Company! From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about the details. The quality of the cabinets is exceptional — solid, beautifully finished, and built to last. The installation was smooth and done right on schedule. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality cabinetry!”
“One of my stores to find everything for a dorm, apartment, house! Cutest decorations for the holidays too! You name it- they have it. Just wish they had this store near me.”
“Excellent prices, location is very accessible. We came looking for a farm style sink and left with much more than that! Everyone was very professional and helpful. We will definitely keep this place in our radar before going somewhere else.”
“Really nice store. Has been open a couple years but it's the first time I had been to that one. It's whole sale only & you'll need a contractors license to buy from them. Or work for someone who carries a license. They are always very helpful & almost always have everything you'll need.”
“After several estimates, we confidently decided on Just Remodel...and so glad we did. We thought we knew what we wanted for our bathroom renovations. However, after Don showed us other options, gave us guidance (not pushing), and showed great patience, we have the bathrooms we dreamed of. We are beyond happy with the response time, follow through, and the care Dave took with the workmanship on all aspects of the renovations. We look forward to our next project with Just Remodel and are happy to recommend them without hesitation.”
“Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.Services: Tile work installation”
“Love my new kitchen & laundry room but there were hiccups along the way.Started working with one designer and after many, many months of planning and tweaking the design I go in one day and she is gone. Travis took over. He had lots of good insight and tips. The order went well. Things progressed as scheduled. Delivery was great. Everything was unboxed so I could examine each piece before it was moved into the house. Installation went smoothly. Greg did a beautiful job. He even had to build one special cabinet on-site. The finally day of installation I was not able to be in attendance & that’s when Hiccup #1 happened. When I returned home, although the installation was “done” some trim pieces were missing. This is also when I realized the upper kitchen cabinets only had one shelf. I assumed there would be two as all my life my kitchens had two shelves! I called Travis to schedule someone to come finish the trim and to order additional shelves (this is October).Next a guy came to measure for countertops. He too was prompt, efficient and appeared to do a good job. Then was the counter install. Hiccup #2. This is a quartz countertop, one of their most expensive options. The install guys were nice and did a good job but the seam where the two pieces were joined was in a very noticeable place. It still makes me frown every time I see it. (I realize the installers did not choose where the seam was located. Someone at Marfam, the fabricators, made that poor decision. In the future I will know to question where the seam will be.) Also, they could have done a better job caulking. It’s now November & I’m waiting to hear from Travis about the cost of the extra shelves and when someone is going to come finish the trim. Call the office. He doesn’t know yet. December rolls around. I call again. He’s waiting to hear back from the cabinet builders & he’ll get the trim fix scheduled right away. Meanwhile I can’t put things away in the kitchen because I need the shelves. A week or so later the shelves are ordered at last. The shelves arrive end of January /beginning of February. Hiccup #3 Shelf clips are included with the shelves but they are a different type. They are thicker than the others so the shelves are now too wide to fit. I call Travis to get different clips & to ask if anyone is ever going to come to fix the trim. Hiccup #4. Apparently there was a mixup and it never got on anyone’s schedule. I will say, it now got quickly scheduled. Today Junior came to finish the trim. He was a dream. Did everything I asked, was cheerful and even creative when figuring out a fix for one of the cabinets. In conclusion, the cabinets are beautiful, the countertop is beautiful (if you look past the poorly located seam), everyone was nice and easy to work with. I’d only say that the following through on some things was slow. After spending $45,000 I expected better.Would I use Diamond Kitchen & Bath again? Yes, I would. I’d just be on top of their follow through more.”
