Not only was he extremely professional, he gave us information on how to care for our granite properly. The repair was so good, you can’t even tell there was a chip. It’s like it never happened. “We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Aqua Therapy Tubs. Derek, Frank and the entire staff were a pleasure to work with. We needed our shower to be remodeled to be a walk-in shower for my parents and the work was stellar. The overall cost was much less than other estimates, and the work was done in just a few days. The staff is professional, and an added plus was Derek’s expertise working with veterans. In our case my father was eligible for a veterans grant to help pay for this endeavor and Aqua Therapy’s knowledge of the necessary paperwork was very much appreciated. After some discussion, Josh suggested having one of his installers Tracy come out to help. Mind you, Tracy had already completed his shift. He arrived and within 15 minutes, fixing the issue and installed the shelves. This was done at no cost and they look great. I would highly recommend Shelves That Slide for anyone interested in sliding kitchen shelving.”

The availability was complicated by Covid and supply chain issues, but they let me know when a shipment was about to arrive having what I wanted, and even set aside a shipment so I could pick 4 slabs having veins that were continuously matched slab to slab. “I ended up being referred by Home Depot. It's no very close to my house but I was glad I went. Jose worked for quite some time trying to find me the pieces I needed, in the finishes I wanted. He was very patient and kept looking and looking. The next day I called him and he remembered me (probably because I didn't see one female customer in the store and I brought all my pieces and dumped them on the counter). I went to pick everything up the next day and the order was ready and accurate. I will be returning. NOTE: for plumbers, they have MASSIVE waste management containers in the back and they allow you to dump your broken hot water heaters. Nice service!”

Great selection of toilets vanities cabinets countertops faucets shower surrounds deep tubs medicine cabinets hardware towel holders etc. All same as big box. Actually it is all from big box stores. They have power tools, outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, flood lights, etc. Also a high selection of hardwood and laminate flooring. Outdoor and indoor shades. Cut to your measurements. This place is not set up like your typical store so be prepared to dig. Also dont be afraid to ask for help. The service was fantastic. Bought 2 Glacier Bay chair height dual flush toilets 1 piece complete with seat wax bolts and lid for $206 with tax. Will definitely shop here again. Take your measurements with you.”
