Their showroom is incredibly well organized, making it simple to compare different flooring options side by side. Whether you’re looking for porcelain tile, luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, or natural stone, they have an amazing selection at a wide range of price points.
What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and patient the staff was. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between products, and help me narrow down the best option for my home without ever making me feel pressured. They also encouraged me to take samples home so I could see how the flooring looked with my lighting and furniture, which made choosing the right floor much easier.
One thing I appreciated the most was their return policy. I was able to purchase extra material to make sure I had enough for my project without worrying about overbuying. After the installation was complete, returning the unopened boxes was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. The return process was straightforward, and the employees handled everything professionally and efficiently. “4x the size of many other liquidators. This place is packed to the ceiling with new in box but damage packaging building materials. Use your barcode reader to find the price at Home Depot and offer them half. They will always take it if you can prove it.”

We are very happy with the island, countertops and backsplash they installed. They also made some cutting boards for us after the install using cutouts from stove and sink.”
“The quality of their work is excellent, their pricing was significantly lower than other bids and in particular, they don't add a lot of profit on top of actual slab nor play games in measuring that others did to make it seem like we needed more material than we actually did. The other major differentiator is that, when you have a problem with a manufacturer (CAMBRIA) who refused to honor their warranty (twice denied after appeals) years after an install, Accent contacted them and immediately got them to accept responsibility. That means a lot and they were great about ensuring we were satisfied. I can't recommend them enough.”
