Easy returns, good products in store, and overall nice. Most areas are not organized well, and some sections are not easily wheelchair accessible. One entry/exit is terrible to walk through if you have asthma or allergies because of the perfume constantly being sprayed for samples. Otherwise, not bad.

Just can't shop I. There anymore. The employees take no pride in keeping the store organized. It's like going into a thrift store anymore. If you're going to pay the higher prices, it should at least feel like walking into higher end store.

This location needs to close! I never went there and got what I am looking for! Also the colognes are not authentic or expired! I bought Montblanc explorer cologne 6.7 oz bottle for $172 and the cologne is not staying more than 20minutes same one sell for $70 at Walmart!
Today I went to get Mode of one t shirt and only they have xxl and m size!!! That huge store base no L or XL! Macys it’s like Ross or Burlington now! It’s not cool place to go anymore!

My go to Macys. Recently I visited and it was insuated by an employee at register that I was going to steal a pair of boots. My kids were with me and this was extremely upsetting. I spoke to 2 different managers after I made my purchase and the second was nice enough to listen. I wish there another location close by.

Clean, well marked, bright, cheery, lots of help, but watch the prices, they are higher than the same items elsewhere. I guess thats the price you pay for having so much under the same roof. Lots of sale and mark down merchandise.
