Yesterday I went to Macys with my friend who was here from Oregon. She found a couple of blouses and when we went to check out Sho helped us. She went above and beyond to make our shopping experience very memorable. Thank you Sho.

We really like Macy's but unfortunately the women's clothing section is a shambles. Poor workers have to continually clean up after lazy dirty customers who have no idea how to put things back. I sure hope the associates are well paid.
