It has been a wonderful year at Paseo 51. The maintenance guys are always quick responding and helpful. Rose and Tony in the office are a team that are always welcoming and treated me like family!

These apartment have in unit washing and drying which is a huge plus especially for this area. Newly added gym with the essential equipment. Family oriented community with parties and decoration prizes organized by the office staff. Reach to Tony in the office for any questions he’s the best!

Apartments are newly renovated and Paseo 51 has lots of amenities with in unit laundry, a gym, pool, and hut tub. Tony is the best! He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable moving here from out of state. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the residents.
