@Tabitha we went at the advertised time of 2-5 and we signed up online and my dog got amazing photos with Santa. That manger has been nothing but kind everytime we visit. Wanting someone to be fired due to your lack of accountability. That's poor poor poor

Some staff are more helpful than others, but they need more knowledgeable employees. Every time I have a question, there's a huge line to check out and no one else to help. Return policy is limited to 30 days, and then you can't even get store credit with the receipt.
