“The people that run this place are incredible souls. Today I went to pick up some treats for my cat that is sadly at the end of her life and the sales person was incredibly kind to me. She helped me find a whole bunch of treats for her. When I went to pay, she sneakily paid for all of the treats for me. I don’t know your name, but kindness has been a very bright light for me during this difficult time and I will never forget it. Thank you.”
“We love My Pet Market! They're the only place we can find our cat's brand of dry food; which is a high protein, grain & filler free kibble. The prices for some things can be a little higher than in a chain store, but if you want an AWESOME selection of both wet & dry foods for Cats and Dogs, this is your place. A lot of their options are very good quality, and they seem to prioritize high protein options that do not contain any fillers. They also have a large selection of dog products, grooming products, some cat products, lots of treats, and I believe they have a pet wash station as well.”

“Excellent service! They respond quickly and always keep you updated on your order. They can even have it delivered to your door which is perfect for me because I am disabled and unable to drive. Suzy’s is the only place I trust for my dog’s raw food so if you are looking to start your pup on a raw food diet Suzy’s is the best place to get it. My dog Obie has always been a picky eater but with Suzy’s raw food he has no problems eating his food anymore. He also gives a 5 star rating. His health has improved so much as well. Just a tip, a lot of veterinarians are not big on a raw food diet. They tend to push more for the regular kibble that has so many unnecessary ingredients, so it is actually best to find a vet that specializes on the raw food diets as well.”
“I recently bought some fish here and was genuinely blown away by the aquarium wall. I’ve been to plenty of pet stores where the fish tanks look like a science experiment gone wrong, but PetSmart’s tanks were incredibly clean, perfectly tagged, and packed with a huge selection.
My only critique is that the employee helping me must have been training for a marathon. They scooped my fish with lightning speed, but the second the last fish hit the plastic bag, they vanished into thin air like a magician escaping a straightjacket. I honestly would have bought more fish if they hadn't broken the sound barrier fleeing the scene. Overall, fantastic fish and beautiful tanks, just be ready to yell your final order as they sprint away!”
“I had such a great experience with Vetco, the vets were so helpful, friendly and kind to me and my Fur Baby, Hades ?/ Dog. They answered all of my questions.

Attending Veterinarian: Dr. Shawna Wood, they all made me feel safe and comfortable bringing in my Dog for his first time getting shots.They were compassionate and they were very patient with my dog. They are an amazing team! I recommend getting any type of service with Vetco.”

“Clearly short staffed waited to get some fish for a good 90 minutes saw a staff member stalking shelves pretty sure she saw me standing in one place for a while at least 6 different occasions I said out loud is there anyone that can help me hello I could here an employee stalking shelves so I eventually went to the front the cashier Alyssa (outstanding employee) went above and beyond to help when I found out later the manager Alberta just ignored customers just so she could stock shelves it’s pet co in the evening there was a decently long line and the manager couldn’t be bothered to help a single guest infact she turned to a guest standing at the checkout counter just to she that counter wasn’t open honestly if it wasn’t for Alyssa I would be giving this a 0 star review and telling people to never shop here”

“I always cut it close getting to the store before they close and they’re always nice and kind and polite. They’re always kind to my girl Gretchen and I never have to worry about her food as it’s always properly stored and refrigerated. I highly recommend this location as the staff are really great too.”
