Horrible. They don’t know what AC is apparently and the old lady that does notaries is rude af not to mention slow af too. Last time I come here and if I had ent already paid I would’ve gone somewhere else.
To go into further detail this lady wanted to see exactly what she was notarizing. Like it doesn’t matter you’re only making sure I am the person signing that’s listed on the document you don’t get to be nosey just do your stamp it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get any notary done ever!!!! Also if you’re so old you can’t/ don’t know how to use the computer to get something shipped then you don’t need to be working here.

So we where totally ignored for about 5mins then didn't greet just said did you send it like u never ask what I needed then took forever just to print a paper out lol I hate that whenever a person of African American decent just warrant this type of behavior it 2025 already get over it where not going anywhere 😉

If I could give 0 stars I would 2 older ladies one with white blonde hair and the other were very rude I needed to print out a label to then send to usps they kept sending me away and said I had to go there although I had to get the return label from ups and did not want to help me nor were kind went to a different location and didn’t have trouble do not come here!

Took my Amazon packages around 4:20 PM and the elder lady Sandy who works here was with a customer who needed to print something out, and instead of helping the people waiting in line she just stood their doing nothing waiting for the email ….. I asked her if she could help people in line while waiting for the guys email and she said NO. It’s not that she couldn’t is the fact that she didn’t want too. People like her should retire if she don’t like working, POINT BLANK!!!!!
I’ll make sure I’ll take this to the owner JOHN !!!

Took my Amazon packages for a return on Saturday and the old lady with the all white/gray hair didn’t get up to help me, she sat in her chair and just acted like I wasn’t there. However, I get that she’s old and she’s probably tired but if that’s the case then she should retire !!!! Theirs no need to keep customers waiting while she sits at her desk acting like she’s “working” on something, it is not fair for her employees to do all the work and certainly not fair to have customers waiting. I hope someone in the higher ups sees this reviews and takes this into consideration. Thankfully I got helped until the other lady came out from the back to help me.

I always go to this ups store and they are always nice and give good customer service, so I’m not even sure why people come on here to “vent” something they didn’t like to hear. These people can only do so much, people have to understand that they are not “UPS” they are a third party retail store and can only do so much. Several times I have been to this store and I have seen how customers are towards them, technically it’s not the employees who give attitude it’s the CUSTOMERS . The customers always give attitude for no valid reason only because they don’t like to hear what the employees have to say. Save your attitude or go else where because we live in a world where you get treated the same way you treat others, doesn’t matter if they are employees or not, they are also humans and don’t have to takes peoples shit ! So treat them like you want to be treated! If they say something it’s because that’s what it is and they are just doing their jobs don’t yell in their face and say otherwise!
Keep doing a great job ladies !

I have been to this location before and an older white lady helped me. She was very rude but I chalked it up to it being later in the day right before closing time so she was probably tired and just wanted to go home. That’s understandable. Yesterday I had to go again. I needed help so I asked the middle aged Hispanic lady since the old lady was busy & was rude last time, I didn’t want to experience that again. The Hispanic lady was short & kinda rude but I left it at the fact that it’s almost Christmas so it’s busy. She made me put my own package In The back. I just did it to help out & get home. Today I got a scam text (I didn’t know it was a scam) saying my package couldn’t be delivered so I went to this store to ask about it. Hispanic lady said it was a scam and that they are a different company. Relieved I asked if they contact us if anything’s wrong or how would I know so that I can act on it. She got an attitude & was so disgustingly rude and told me she doesn’t keep track of every single package. I understand that. All I asked was if we get contacted or not. I get that there’s a tracking number but at the time it was a simple question that didn’t require attitude or for her to be a complete jerk for lack of a better word. I don’t know if she’s the manager or if she just has a big head but she 100% lacks customer service skills. UPS needs to take all of these negative reviews seriously. Don’t lose customers over such awful employees

Went in to return a Amazon package and print out some papers and the ladies there were so wonderful / sweet. Will definitely be coming back here !
