Mom went to simply send a package in a new are in Miami and LORENZO refused to send it to the right address where here I get packages from all around the world and Lorenzo wanted to change the zipcode and told mom if package doesn't deliver will not be his fault , heard over the phone and horrible customer service couldn't believe he is a public worker š¤¢

USPS used to be a stand up organization. I can't imagine delivering everyone's mail for an entire country but they did it with surprisingly few complaints relatively speaking. Note the past tense. Over the past seven, ten years that stellar service has diminished to the point I don't really trust them with any of my mail really. The post people look disheveled and unkempt. Not just one mind you, but most and regardless of geographic area. When you call, because there's an issue with your package, you can no longer speak to a woman human being. erfect example, I had a package arrive via DHL yesterday. It was handed off to USPS to complete the delivery. I just get a text from USPS stating my package will be delivered on Saturday! Why?! It's here in town! Why do you now need an additional 2 days to get it to me. I would pose these questions to a live rep but much like the Easter bunny, they don't exist. Grrrrr.

There are people here that steal. Iāve had mail get tracked all the way to my address, literally saw the mail carrier at the mailboxes and suddenly get returned cause the address is incomplete. Iāve also dropped items off to be mailed back to my phone carrier and it suddenly get lost. Go anywhere else

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life , the lady behind the counter should definitely be fired. Didnāt have time to fight with management today or I would have asked for a manger. Will never be coming back here and may never use your services again.

This post office states that walk-in for passport on Monday is 9am to 10am
The clerk opened the office at 905am and said she would only take walk-ins until 930am with two appointments at 9am and 915am.
Why would you do appointments on the same day as walk-ins and then shorten the walk-in time. Even if you do walk-ins in 1 hour you have all day for appointments. In a 100 mile window there are no appointments for a whole month. This is bogus.

Glendale post office production has thieves they like to send you informed mail email showing you a picture of your mail that it's being delivered and then it doesn't get delivered and then you go to the post office and they go oh well it's stuck in a machine somewhere no that's not the way it works people at this office.
thieves outright thieves. Sticky fingered thieves.

Tried to call to get more information about passport services. Lady disconnected immediately. 5 minutes before closing and they couldnāt even answer a quick question. Piss poor.
