I had a pair of damaged socks from an online order and Gretchen was happy to help me exchange them and pick up some new socks. Best shoes ever. We keep coming back my kids love getting to pick their own out and the last two times they picked the same shoe red last time and blue this time 😂 doesn’t take long for them to break them in
