“I am a blue collar worker who needed a good pair of boots that will last and be super comfortable i went in this store and the sales person Zach was super helpful went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of boots and custom souls I would highly recommend this store I went with the Irish setter with a saftey toe they are amazingly comfortable. Totally worth spending the money if your on your feet 10 houres a day they wer not to expensive under 300 bucks”

Jackets and T-shirts are great buys here, though shoes tend to be pricier compared to competitors; hopefully, they can keep pricing more competitive. The store offers options for all age groups and remains one of the best Columbia Factory Stores I’ve been to.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”
“White House Black Market has always been my go-to, but my experience at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location left me in tears—no real help, clothes jammed onto racks, and no support when I needed it most - it was a super busy day for them.
Then I walked into the location at 67th & the 101 in Glendale, and everything changed. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed, encouraged, and truly cared for. Deborah and Maryann were absolute gems! I shared that my husband and I were planning a trip to Europe, including the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, and together we got to work.
They pulled pieces, gave thoughtful advice, and turned what started as a stressful situation into an amazing experience. I left with 12 beautiful pieces, four of which I wore in Monaco and received so many compliments!
I came back today to share photos, and Deborah immediately jumped in to help me select another 7 pieces for an upcoming trip to DC. Shopping with her and Maryann is fun, personal, and genuinely uplifting.
As long as they’re here, I’ll be a forever-loyal customer. I’m deeply grateful for that first experience that turned everything around.”
“Every time I walk in this store I have been able to find something especially in the summertime. Reasonably prices yes!!! The only thing I don't like is that they do not allowing u to try on clothes. It makes it difficult for customers who travel far. This has forced me to shop on line now. But other than that a great store and a great place to bargain shop and look good for a reasonable price. I also love their accessories. One thing they need to work is SPACE!!! There is not enough room space to move around. Rainbow y'all really need to work that out. Two things will make your customers happy.1 Space 2. Fitting room.”

“I had an amazing experience with Kellan—he was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, friendly, super polite, and had a great smile. I came in because I ordered shoes online in the wrong size, and he made the exchange process so easy. He helped me find and purchase the correct pair without any hassle.
I also had a 20% off coupon from my online order that I didn’t even mention, because I didn’t want to cause more work. But Kellan noticed it on his own and went above and beyond by asking his manager, Logan, to price match it. Logan came right over, no questions asked, and honored the online price.
Kellan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. He deserves recognition!”

“We really enjoyed shopping at this Carter Outlet today with our Grandson. We found some really good deals on clothes. The store has a large selection of clothing for kids of all ages. The clothing displays are neatly organized. In addition to clothing, they have shoes for kids and a few toys. The staff were super friendly and helpful”

“I thought it was so random seeing a Dick's House of Sport in the middle of AZ but I'm not complaining! What an enormous selection they have for ball sports. I probably spent an hour or so just looking through every part of the store. All their items are retail price and are definitely expensive, but it's one of those places you just have to see for yourself. It's newer so it's also kept quite clean. Staff can be found in each section and are great at assisting you with anything you need. It's cool that they have events going on throughout the month. They have a track and field in the back of the store which I'm not sure is open to the public. They also have places scattered around the store where you can schedule yourself to try out golf clubs, bats, and rock climb. Pretty cool experience, just not sure I'd choose this place to regularly purchase pieces from.”
“I and my mother been coming to This exact store for the past three years and in all those three years, I have never met an employee like santos he’s such an amazing employee makes sure your attended right away and makes you feel valued and special!! This young man deserves a raise he helps everyone and anyone in any way he can, he’s at the door ready to greet every costumer he’s completely respectful & outstanding!! I as well as my mother are Spanish speakers , Spanish is my mothers first language and usually there would never be a Spanish speaker at the store but santos speaks Spanish finally someone who will understand you and not just push you to the side.
