Older lady in photo center was rude. I got a email my order was ready for pick up and it showed in the system it was done but no where to be found. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, she rudely told me it wasn’t ready. No eta on when it would be available for pick up either. So needless to say I’ll get my pictures elsewhere.

Horrendous!!!!!! Filling scripts here is like jumping through hoops of fire! They claimed every single time that they didn’t have my order from my dr so my dr started printing the order out for me with the status of it being received. I had to show give them that paper every time and every time they would magically be able to see my order in their portal. I had to fill a monitored script the day I ran out and they never filled it, never called me to tell me it’s wasn’t going to be filled and they had closed at 6:00 that day. My husband and I had to go a while goose chase, bother my dr on the weekend to get it filled at the cvs 24hr pharmacy. Thank goodness for CVS! Also the female pharmacist, she’s short with blonde-ish hair is so RUDE!! She would call me with attitude to pick up my script and made it sound like if I wasn’t down there with in 5 mins that she would light the script on fire!! I appreciate all of the health care workers and I know after Covid it’s been a struggle for them and things don’t seem to be getting any better. But don’t forget why you wanted to be in the health care industry, to help people!! If you can’t do that with dignity and professionalism than go find something else to do!!

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. They are frequently out of my medication, but they never contact me to let me know. When I call to check, often times they will say they had to order it and will be another number of days. I've asked if they are able to check if it is in stock at other stores, and was told that I'm not able to fill it at other stores (not true, it's not a controlled substance). I then have to call around to fill it, causing further delay. Another thing that happens is that they won't have the full amount and instead of calling to let me know, they just won't fill it at all and not contact me. I would rather have the partial prescription and get the remaining amount a few days later because I experience pretty significant withdrawals. The pharmacist seemed shocked that someone experiences withdrawals from an SSRI (what?!). The lack of knowledge on top of the terrible communication and customer service is shocking.

I have had several issues with this pharmacy. The techs are rude and they look at you like you are bothering them to do their jobs to fill meds. Especially when running dual insurances or making sure the medications are covered before filling it. Not only that trying to fill my daughters adhd meds that she has been on for over 5 years with the same exact 2 insurances on file. They still refuse to make sure both are ran till I have to get mad and make them do it. There was a time I was told I needed to call in to make sure the meds are filled since the dr calls it in prior to the time that the insurance will approve it to be filled. why do I need to call you to make sure you fill my daughters meds when the insurance will pay for it. then when you tell me you will fill it and it would be ready to pick up that day I get there and tell me its out of stock. seriously?!?! what in the heck is going on that the person on the phone couldn't say its out of stock and a specific time and date it will be in stock and filled. why do I have to waste my time to go down there? If this pharmacy wasn't the closest to my house and I say that being less than 5 min away then I would go somewhere else. Thankfully in January I'll be moving and will be transferring all my med fills to another location. I urge you if you don't have to use this location don't. They are so very rude and nasty to just get meds filled. I have been to other locations and the techs there are so much nicer and much more pleasant to deal with. After reading all the reviews I can see I am not the only one who feels this way.
***Cooperate you really need to do something about these techs that are working there. Terminate them all and hire new ones that are more pleasant and customer orientated. This place is a joke!

I had done a review previously on how awefyl the service was at the pharmacy. Months later its now biting me in the butt once again. I now found out that the dosage of the injection they told me to give my mom on her medicine was NOT correct. She has not been getting the full dosage and its been a few months. No wonder why she hasnt gotten releif from her arthritis medication. They told me to measue it out in the syringe at the wrong line. These people are even more incompetent than I originally thought. DO NOT GET MEDS HERE!!

what’s the point in cash rewards if i can never use them because i use my zip code on my account on the app, same number etc. but it says my zip code is always wrong. and your employees NEVER want to fix it for me. i think she’s an assistant manager? blue button down dark hair, rude and looks like she wants to ki!! you.

The pharmacy department really needs customer service classes. I feel staff is rude & condescending. It is always challenging when getting prescriptions filled. Seriously the young pharmacist working Sat. Jan. 6th 2024 at 9:00 am. I felt she was rude and judging. I can not believe Walgreen’s would want an employee like her projecting her opinions & judgements on me the customer. I felt so sad when I left after picking up my medication.Seriously I will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is busy. That's okay,, just gotta have patience. This pharmacist was the first person in 6 months to call my Dr after monthly mistakes in writing my scripts. Every single time it would take weeks for the Drs nurse to get it right. I had done what I could and was ready to switch Drs offices. That would have sucked. It's hard to find someone who treats my disease. Tonight the pharm called my Dr after hours when she saw that once again the office screwed up my very important medications. She took action and fixed it!!! I'm beyond thankful. This is a rare act these days. Medical care is straight in the shitter so having someone advocate for me was a nice change. Getting lifesaving meds has become challenging. This is a great failure in our country. There is no excuse for how or why it has become such a shit show!
