“What a great location. Greeted at door, offered water, directed to the correct teller. Line got big so they took resources from other areas and opened up more windows. Completed several non straight forward transactions very quickly and on the way out they asked if everything was taken care of and if I needed anything else. Held the door open for me. Actually a very pleasant transaction when I normally don't ever have anything but complaints about banks. My teller Reyna Ochoa was very pleasant professional and efficient.”

Only issue (that is out of their control) is the company needs to pay people better so that there are more than 2 employees handling a very long line. Again, the employees are very nice and are doing as good as a job as they can. However, management or corporate needs to solve their manning issues.”

“I've had accounts with BofA, Chase, Navy Fed, Credit Union West, Compass, Pretty much all the major banks, and have had to close them for reasons like, insanely high overdrafts or misc fees, poor fraud case handling, improper account management and all the headaches that came with .My grandparents banked with 1st bank since I could remember and they never had any other bank. That was my initial reason I went to 1st bank when my company needed a good bank to do business with. Now i have to say without a second thought or impartiality they are 100% zen. They handle issues when there are charges made to your account that shouldn't be. There aren't hidden fees on things like over drafts or because you-used-this-we-charged-you fees. Just good banking. I had charges on my account i didnt authorize and they fed exped my card to me and was here the very next day nearly. I'm here to stay.”

“I do not understand all the negative reviews for this Wells Fargo location. Stopped here when driving into the east valley. The only issue with the parking that I can see being a problem is being so close to the Walmart. I was able to park and go use the ATM. There was a line of about 4 cars waiting to use the drive thru one, so I used the walk up one. No issues here and no problems.”

“Melanie is our hero!!!! I was actually on the phone with a hacker that got into our account and was near the Goodyear branch. I went in, Melanie greated me and told her was was happening. She immediately got on it to lock my account. The hacker, still on the phone, got real quiet when she asked him some questions. We could hear him typing fast on his keyboard, but not fast enough. She did a great job and saved me from a heart attack at the same time lol. She immediately set up a new account and I was on my way. I can't thank Melanie and Copper State enough.”
