“One of the bank tellers, Jake, is an outstanding worker. He always has a smile on his face and is happy to help, only one that really takes initiative to help whenever I go in to the bank, he is the most friendly! He has helped me with all my account issues/concerns and general transactions. Although Jake was really great, I am giving BMO bank itself a 4 star because I had Zelle issies through the BMO Bank App.
- When I Zelled my boyfriend rent money through BMO bank app, it said payment failed try again later but ended up withdrawing from my account twice although it never really sent any of the money to my boyfriend. BMO said they were having zelle connectivity issues, that it happened to multiple other customers as well, that the money will be in limbo but that it should bounce back to everyone’s account within the week. They couldn't do anything until then, I couldn't even withdraw cash out of my account or use my debit card being all my money was gone. Since it was the first of the month, I had rent and bills to pay like many others. I’ve never missed a payment before, when this happened I almost did. Fortunately I found a resolution myself outside of the bank so I made all my payments just in time. But i cant imagine how it would’ve been if I didn’t have a backup plan or how it turned out for the other customers. I did get my money back later that week but still upsetting that it happened in the first place, took that long to get my money back, and that it was our problem to figure out. So definitely wouldn't trust zelle thru the bmo bank app.”

Only issue (that is out of their control) is the company needs to pay people better so that there are more than 2 employees handling a very long line. Again, the employees are very nice and are doing as good as a job as they can. However, management or corporate needs to solve their manning issues.”

Completed several non straight forward transactions very quickly and on the way out they asked if everything was taken care of and if I needed anything else. Held the door open for me. “I wanted to give a shout-out to the Relationship Banker Larissa. 2 years ago almost to the date, she was very helpful in helping with the start of my relationship with chase, helping me with both a credit card application and opening a checkings account. More recently, because of my previous experience, I scheduled my girlfriend less than a month ago to be seen by Larissa. She went above and beyond helping my girlfriend with the start of her chase relationship. When going through the credit card app. she was unfortunately denied. Larissa went as far as calling the reconsideration line with us to get the app. approved on the spot. Genuine Service and was beyond helpful!”

“I do not understand all the negative reviews for this Wells Fargo location. Stopped here when driving into the east valley. The only issue with the parking that I can see being a problem is being so close to the Walmart. I was able to park and go use the ATM. There was a line of about 4 cars waiting to use the drive thru one, so I used the walk up one. No issues here and no problems.”

“Melanie is our hero!!!! I was actually on the phone with a hacker that got into our account and was near the Goodyear branch. I went in, Melanie greated me and told her was was happening. She immediately got on it to lock my account. The hacker, still on the phone, got real quiet when she asked him some questions. We could hear him typing fast on his keyboard, but not fast enough. She did a great job and saved me from a heart attack at the same time lol. She immediately set up a new account and I was on my way. I can't thank Melanie and Copper State enough.”
