Wells Fargo took my application and it was going nowhere, I would get the same email every couple weeks that "they were working on it". I decided to put another application in with an internet bank. Same thing, going nowhere and zero communication. I put my application in on a Thursday at Metro Phoenix Bank and it was approved on Friday! The follow-up communication has been excellent as well.”
