“If I could give six stars I would. My experience was with Britt. There was so much selection and the thing that keyed me into the quality of the jewelry is they don't have multiples of the same exact thing in any size you want. It's custom jewelry.
I had been on the hunt for the perfect turquoise ring for about a year. Everything online (mostly Etsy) showed what had to be fake given the price and sheer availability, as mentioned above. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference.
I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone.
Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!!

“I purchased a firearm online and had them shipped here (FFL Transfer). The process was quick and pleasant. I got a call from the store right after the firearm arrived advising me that I can come and pick up which does not happen a lot because some other places they will make you wait for sometimes a week to even call you.
When I came to the store today Celia was able to help me quickly and we also had a nice conversation and the other staffs were also friendly. This was my first time and will be many more visits to come!”

“I have been going to Osborn Jewlers for several different things. They not only have beautiful jewelry, but initially went in because my wedding ring was a solitaire and too heavy so it kept falling to one side. They were able to downsize my ring but the diamond was still too heavy so it would still fall to one side. They are very knowledgeable about all tricks to get your ring to look and fit exactly the way you want it. They never ran out of options to try, never said, “Well, that’s just what the ring is going to do.” They have been able to put weights on the sides called speed bumps so it wouldn’t fall to the side and there are different ways to make them so they are comfortable fir you. I’ve brought them challenging ones that were too thin to put speed bumps on and they ended up putting a bar which worked. I don’t want to give out all their secrets but I’m just saying they will work with you because they love jewelry just as much as you do. And they do not try and price gouge you while they are doing it. They take care of each of their customers.”
