They're very professional, provided good communication, and we felt the price was very fair. We had previously gone to several other jewelers, trying to find one that seemed trustworthy. What we loved about Landmark was that they weren't pressuring us to buy from them--they showed us their inventory, explained their services, and allowed us to decide without any coercive sales pitch. They do outstanding work, we would certainly recommend them!”

I buy most of my jewelry here but was a little disappointed when they told me the price to fix a necklace (was a gift from my grandmother, not bought here). “My Fiancé and I got our engagement rings here, and we could not be happier. I worked closely with Jessica to design my ring, and it turned out utterly perfect. She is so friendly, talented, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the ring of my dreams come to life! The process was so easy and customizable: I told her what I wanted and showed her inspiration pictures, and she hand drew four different ideas for a ring. Once I approved them, she made a wax model that I could try on with the gemstones, and a digital rendering so I could see it. Then, once I approved that, she made the actual ring! I love that you can try on the dimensions and see what the ring will look like before you approve the final design, and she was super accommodating with the changes I wanted. The ring turned out more gorgeous than I imagined, I can't stop looking at my hand! She helped me pick out a ring for my Fiancé as well. If you want a stunning ring, as well as an amazing customer service experience, work with Jessica, you won't regret it. I will treasure my ring forever!”

“If I could give six stars I would. My experience was with Britt. There was so much selection and the thing that keyed me into the quality of the jewelry is they don't have multiples of the same exact thing in any size you want. It's custom jewelry.
I had been on the hunt for the perfect turquoise ring for about a year. Everything online (mostly Etsy) showed what had to be fake given the price and sheer availability, as mentioned above. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference.
I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone.
Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!!
