“Stopped by BB to check out Mattress’ for the Labor Day sale. Mark, was very helpful and friendly. Found one we liked but decided to go check out mattress firm. Didn’t like anything at mattress firm and went right back to BB. Stayed there well past closing with Mark. He didn’t rush us trying to get out of the store, remained very friendly and helpful. Ultimately finally selecting the perfect mattress after trying them all again.”

“Purchased GE Profile refrigerator with door in door and backlit Led lighting. Great experience with shopping at Spencers because of Matt. He took great care to walk us through many brands and options throughout the store. (Matt is at the Litchfield location) Price was great with sale discounts for the 4th of July weekend and it was delivered the next morning. Installation team to great care and quickly hooking up water supply and hauling away old refrigerator. By far the most pleasant appliance shopping we have ever experienced. We will be return customers in the future.”
