“I’m long overdue to rate and share my experience with the store. ;-] I went in, in person to Mattress Firm Belle Towne Centre. Upon walking in, Ethan (an associate) greeted me. I expressed my situation and health issues so that I could get the mattress that was perfect for me and my constant chronic pain and fatigue. He let me try nearly every single mattress in the store and I struggled wearing a knee brace and all. Not once did he laugh or make fun of me, he was ABSOLUTELY and UTTERLY patient with me and that’s so appreciated because I do not like salesmen who are pushy and don’t listen to me. So thank you, Ethan. It wasn’t his fault but the Queen mattress that was delivered to me had a hole in it but as soon as I called to tell Ethan, he went into action to make it right and to have a new one given and delivered to me for no extra charge or delivery fee. =] * whew * The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is the delivery people and I saw a total of 6 mentioned that they need to receive a 9 or higher in order to be considered “satisfactory” and they left a flyer on my bed upon leaving. Each person was kind, respectful, communicative, and professional but I don’t think them telling me and them being told their rating has to be 9 or higher in order to be considered “satisfactory” is ridiculous. In my opinion, anything over 7 is great and I’m just going to say it here, thank you everyone for your patience, respect, helpfulness, and muscles. ;-] The bed is difficult to move regardless of how much I weigh. 😉🤣 As for the mattress, it is medium firmness with enough softness I don’t sink in, and it feels much bigger than a Queen. I am VERY pleased and I look forward to it lasting me for several years, hopefully a decade to be honest. ;-]”

“Could not be happier with my decision to buy here. Easy low pressure sales process. Ended up taking advantage of their exchange policy 45 days after my original purchase.which was so easy . Nate the sales associate who wasn’t the original person who I bought from took care of the exchange with a smile and ease that was unexpected. If you don’t ask for Nate you are doing yourself a disservice.”

“Garrett was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He talked us through every option and answered every question we had. He never once tried to upsell us or made us feel like he was trying to get more money out of us for a sale. His main focus seemed to be genuinely concerned about our quality of sleep and nothing else. I would highly, highly recommend this store if you are looking for amazing customer service and knowledge about Tempur-Pedic products.”
