“Staff were very attentive and answered questions when we had them. We had the couch that we had purchased delivered and put together. The gentleman who did the delivery and put our couch together, noticed that the brackets were wrong for the sectional to go together he told us To call the store and let them know and he would say something to the store the next day when he went in. We called the store the next day and explain the situation and within one day after that, they had the new brackets in and the same Delivery driver returned and put the couch together correctly. We will most likely be returning for any other furniture we may need in the future.”

“Me and my husband bought a futon couch from here a couple months ago and we are so happy with it. The frame is beautiful and the mattress that Tom made is so comfortable. Tom was very helpful and educated us on the different mattress types, they have lots of options for frames, mattresses and covers. “I had a Tuft & Needle from 2017, back when their quality was at its peak, and only parted with it because I had to while moving. It's great to have an option that matches that quality again. Daehee was awesome to work with at the showroom! He gave helpful insights about both mattresses, and was not pushy in the slightest. We went with their hybrid mattress, and they worked with us on the exact production/shipping date while we navigated moving across the country. Phil has also been very helpful throughout the process on the customer service side of things. Highly recommend this company for your next mattress!”
