“Ive ordered from Wornstar numerous times. Always smooth and without any hiccups or issues. My recent order had some issues (no fault to WS) Pilot error on my end. Didnt realized we needed to have the inseem altered. Aly made sure it would get it taken care of. She sent a separate link to take care of difference in price. So no refund and recharge new total. Which sadly some companies do.

More importantly we need these pants for a video shoot this weekend. She made sure it would get to destination on time. Going as far to make a notation on the order AND check in with that department to make sure it was running on time. She hit every goal and fulfilled every promise made. We breathe a sigh of relief and couldn't be happier to Alys attentiveness to my borderline diva needs. ♥

“I know this is my first review, but not my first visit. My last visit was about a year or more ago and it rubbed me the wrong way with service being horrible. I left feeling unwelcome. Service is huge for me and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares. Today I tried to give this location another shot and since my son really likes their clothes . Right when we opened the door it was definitely better than the last. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales were pretty good and we were able to find quite a few things. Hopefully this will be a trend for future visits.”

“One of my new favorite store! Great prices, clean, never crowded. Great variety of goods. The only thing that isn’t my favorite is that swim suits and such are not returnable. This is the only store that I have ever encountered this. Other than that, I love this store and have found great stuff at great prices (better than other similar discount stores). I hope it stays as clean and organized as it is now and doesn’t end up like those other stores mentioned.”
