“I love this store! I always find exactly what I need at a great price!The only downside is that the other shoppers are sometimes disrespectful and they don't take care of the merchandise so things end up dirty and damaged. The store employees are all super nice and helpful!”
“I know this is my first review, but not my first visit. My last visit was about a year or more ago and it rubbed me the wrong way with service being horrible. I left feeling unwelcome. Service is huge for me and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares. Today I tried to give this location another shot and since my son really likes their clothes . Right when we opened the door it was definitely better than the last. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales were pretty good and we were able to find quite a few things. Hopefully this will be a trend for future visits.”
“first time actually going to a Lane Bryant in person and im honestly very happy about my experience!! I didnt get the first girls name who helped me but she had an ‘A’ initial necklace on and she was very sweet to help me with my sizing and also Terri as well considering it was her first day she was such a sweet heart!! While Terri was helping me another associate named Donna came out to help as well and she was OUTSTANDING!!! Her and Terri both helped me with different sizing to find my perfect fit and give me tips because for years i’ve never had the correct sizing ? whole staff was amazing through out the whole visit, i will be back again! “Always greeted when I walk in, which makes the shopping experience pleasant. The store is pretty organized. I just wish the changing rooms in the front were open so I could give a second opinion and supervise my 10-year-old son while he tries on clothes. I'm sure the staff will open it but these people are always busy which is understandable. I’m a mom who buys most of my kids’ clothes at Ross, so I come here at least once a month.”

“Ive ordered from Wornstar numerous times. Always smooth and without any hiccups or issues. My recent order had some issues (no fault to WS) Pilot error on my end. Didnt realized we needed to have the inseem altered. Aly made sure it would get it taken care of. She sent a separate link to take care of difference in price. So no refund and recharge new total. Which sadly some companies do.
More importantly we need these pants for a video shoot this weekend. She made sure it would get to destination on time. Going as far to make a notation on the order AND check in with that department to make sure it was running on time. She hit every goal and fulfilled every promise made. We breathe a sigh of relief and couldn't be happier to Alys attentiveness to my borderline diva needs. ♥
