Don't go here just to many problems. Went in for no yada yada and all I got was yada yada and a but load of hidden fees. Not worth your time.

We went in there for help with the SOS she couldn’t do it and told us we basically had to go to Mesa. Then we went right up the street and in 5 min the phone was working and service was back on “She needs more training”

Came here on 8/31/22 was offered a great deal for home wifi to be added to my account. Ray made it sound excellent. Stated it is nothing like a hot spot. That I can game abs work remote from home without issues. Well of course it was to good to be true. According to customer service agent, they added 100gb wifi and that was it. No Unlimited and once the 100gb were up no internet at all. 2 days of work I have missed. I called on 9/7 at 10am and was told nothing until 7pm that customer service can't do anything. It has to be at the store. Drove the store that online hours said 8pm but was closed by 7pm. Came this morning at 10am to get my full refund since it was sold under false pretenses. Well Ray isn't responding so the clerk can't do anything. So here I am still waiting after a full 24 hours. Apparently now the owner has to reach our to someone else to get me my refund. I have been with Metro for years and for the 1st time I am now considering changing carriers. I hope this gets resolved asap as I have now missed 2 days of work and I doubt anyone will be compensating me for it. Once I get a resolution I will update my post.

I rushed into this store on my lunch break. Purchased a $250-$300 phone on a Thursday. By Saturday my phone service was suspended for a payment of $21. some cents. Couldn't access my account as I allowed the guy to changed my pin he changed it but I couldn't access it. Luckily I accessed my account by my word code I set. This guy tried to open another phone line on my account. I knew I didn't owe anything as I paid my phone bill the week prior. Of course customer service claimed to have fixed it. By Monday the phone was once again suspended. Few days later someone tried to purchase $216 worth of food on door dash which I do not use. Had to get a new card, file a claim with bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, THE GUY WAS HISPANIC WITH CORNROLL BRAIDS, shady, shady.

Says hours were updated 4 days ago…..apparently that is incorrect as I just drive to TWO locations that close at 7 o’clock!!!! Get with it and fix this so that people like ME don’t waste their time!!!!
